Close to Centro/Malecon, with Ocean & Mountain Views/Pools/Fitness Center/Garage

Spacious modern condo with great views of Banderas Bay on the Pacific Ocean and the Village of Puerto Vallarta down below, and the mountains rising up behind. To take advantage of the views, we have a balcony on each end of our condo and a very large rooftop observation deck. Our shared amenities include 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, and a fitness center for your enjoyment. The condo has 2 bedrooms and a separate den to sleep 6 people privately, and a sleeper sofa in the living room which can sleep 2 more people for a total of 8. It has 2 full bathrooms, large living room/dining room/kitchen. It also has a dishwasher, our own free clothes washer/dryer in the condo, an elevator, and a free reserved indoor parking spot. It is a security building that requires key access to the condo, amenities, and parking garage.

We are located on the corner of Panama and Costa Rica in the 5 de Diciembre district of Puerto Vallarta, about 7 blocks from the Malecon and popular Playa Camarones beach. There are many restaurants and at least one grocery store nearby.

We offer a "10% returning guest discount" for people who have left our condo in good condition, in addition to the following discounts off our nightly rate. (Put in your dates and Vrbo will calculate the below discounts automatically.)

Although the condo owner (Kevin) speaks only English, we have a local Mexican property manager (Jesus) who speaks both Spanish and English. We are very friendly and available 24/7 to answer questions and help with any issues you may have (before/during/after your stay).

Very nice place! pool was nice and quiet! You have to be in pretty good shape to walk up the hill it’s a challenge but we did it everyday. Lots of places to eat close by, grocery store is close by, Jesus was very helpful!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including big beach towels. The location was convenient and quiet. Our host was responsive and accommodating, letting us check in earlier, which made our entire experience seamless. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vallarta.

Excellent location! Large condo!

The location was perfect — close to everything, including the boardwalk, restaurants, and a shopping center. Communication with Melvin and Jesus was excellent; they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay at this condo!

We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for decades and this place is a must - it has the most incredible view for morning coffee until evening sunset. Kevin and Jesus were incredible for anything we asked and it couldn't have been easier to book this and be there! I couldn't give this a higher recommendation!

Sun food and fun!

We loved the size of the apartment. For two couples it was a perfect size. The extra room was perfect for reading. The living area was big enough for 2 yoga mats. If you have to climb that hill a couple of times a day then you need to stretch! The pool across the street was awesome. Everyone was very friendly. Jesus was helpful and Salvedore had the biggest smile and was so friendly. We loved being there.

Fantastic stay!

Condo was clean and comfortable, great location, just a short Uber ride to town (very inexpensive!!) owner was extremely helpful and communicative, property manager Jesus was super! From picking us up at the airport to suggesting restaurants, he was more than helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

EXCELENTE DEPARTAMENTO

Departamento con todo lo necesario, espacioso, limpio, cuenta con alberca en el primer piso y tiene una bonita vista al atardecer. Fuimos 7 personas y todas quedamos muy satisfechas, las camas de los cuartos son grandes. El unico detalle es que se encuentra en subida, aunque tiene muy buena ubicacion, bajando a 3 calles esta el mar. La subida es la dificil pero nada imposible, solo es bueno que saber, sin duda, lo recomiendo ampliamente, muy buena comunicacion e instrucciones desde un principio. Tambien, vi seguro el area y alrededores, caminamos por la madrugada y sin ningun problema.

Amazing experience

I can’t say enough about this property! Great location, spacious, great internet, views that took our breath away, and close to it all! This was our first Vrbo experience and it was above our expectations! Walmart and Costco were a quick $5-8 trip away to stock up on whatever we needed, as well as local stores for essentials. Many restaurants nearby with great food! The 2 pools were excellent for our family of 5. Peaceful and water temp was perfect! I can’t say enough about this property! Everything we needed for our 1 month family vaca!

Great condo for your stay in PV

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning VRBO condo rental, and it was an experience I will cherish forever. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a beautifully decorated, immaculately clean space that immediately felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail in every aspect of the condo was exceptional. The living area was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the local attractions. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The bedrooms were cozy. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from the balcony. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine in the evening, the scenery was simply mesmerizing. The location of the condo was ideal, situated close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, yet it was also a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The hill is very steep to walk but we used Ubers for the hike back up the hill. The host Kevin, was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that our stay was perfect from start to finish. Jesus was also very helpful and kind! Overall, this VRBO condo rental exceeded all expectations and provided a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. I can’t recommend it highly enough and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Amazing stay!

My family and I loved our stay - a spacious area with a lovely kitchen, beautiful view and comfortable beds. There was tons of AC and fans to stay cool and three different pools to enjoy. Although the place was on top of a hill, there's a stair case you can use. Communication with the host and property manager was great - checkout process was unclear at first, but they responded very quickly! Thank you for letting us stay :)

La limpieza fue de lo más pobre las que limpiaron no tendieron una cama lo peor fueron los baños estaban todo lleno de pipi y de los anteriores hospedes y cabellos tuvimos que limpiarlos y desinfectarlos

GREAT LOCATION, COZY HOME, WILL BE BACK

Kevin, the owner, personally reached out to give us a rundown of his place and its surroundings. The check-in process was smooth, we greatly appreciate that Kevin and Jesus (the property manager) allowed us to store our luggage in the condo and our rental car in the garage a few hours prior to the check in time. The amenities within the condo surpassed our expectations, making us feel right at home. There were minor cleanliness issues but that didn't bother us much. While the location requires navigating a steep hill, it's ideal for those who don't mind a bit of exercise, especially after indulging in all the culinary delights nearby! We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk to places with our small children, always feeling safe even late at night. We're already looking forward to returning!

Family vacation

It was great! My two adult sons and their 2 roommates joined me on this trip to PV. The condo was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The location is fantastic and the views are spectacular. We had a car but choose to walk to the Malecon and when we needed to just run to the corner store. The only drawback I can see is the last 2 blocks are rather steep, but kids are 25 yr old, I’m in my 60’s and we enjoyed the excercise. The owner provided great directions for traversing those 2 blocks in the car, so it was not a problem. Already looking at dates to visit again in the next a few months.

Enjoyed our stay

Place was quite large and well laid out for use. Individual A/C's in rooms worked well. Had some issues with linens and owner was responsive to getting resolved timely. Pool area was in building next door and was very nice. Is on top of very steep hill so lots of exercise if you walk. If not, Uber is very convenient and quite cheap. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We look forward to another stay!

We had a great time and really enjoyed our 2 week stay. (In total we rented 3 units) The condos were all in a great location and clean. The staff was very accommodating and replied promptly. We received great food recommendations from other condo owners and they were very welcoming. The pool was refreshing. The condos are up on a hill, the walk down isn’t too bad. The walk up was tough for a few of my family members so we frequently used Uber or taxis. For those that like a light exercise it’s a great spot. With that said, being on the hill provided great views of the ocean and city. We would recommend this condo and would absolutely return for another visit.

Great Stay
