Beautiful Garden view unit in a duplex located directly on Old Clearwater Bay. You can relax on your private screened in porch or lounge on the very large common area patio to enjoy the view of the water & watch the fish jump. If you are lucky you might catch a dolphin or manatee in the area. There is a BBQ grill for anyone to use on the patio, each unit is equipped with their own cooking supplies & utensils. We also have bikes, kayaks & a canoe for tenants to use as well. The property is very quiet and relaxing, but if you are looking for nightlife "Clearwater Beach" and downtown Dunnedin are only a few miles away.

We had a great time at Laura and Alan’s place! We enjoyed meeting with the guests in the other units, our walks along the Bayshore to Dunedin and the short drives into Clearwater Beach. Our little dog Penny loved it as well. It’s a convenient and beautiful location if you like to walk, bike or kayak too!

Great location!

Great location for the area. Walking distance to quaint town of Dunedin plus short drive to major tourist area Clearwater Beach. Place was very well equipped for a family; both inside and outside amenities.

Location location location

If you’re planning on going to Clearwater beaches. Stay over there. Driving back and forth is a pain in the butt.. the house is nice and perfect for a small family or two couples. Perfect for a not an “everyday on the beach” vacation.

We are less than 5 miles from Clearwater Beach & never state we are on the beach, Unfortunately are unable to control beach traffic, it is a highly rate beach. Honeymoon Island is 7.8 miles away and a little less traffic.

Great location, wonderful accommodation!

This was the perfect place to stay for a few days of work and a weekend. Wonderfully located so you have a nice walk along the waterfront into Dunedin, or close to the highway to get down to St. Pete! Clean, fully stocked with everything you would need away from home! We will be back, thank you!!!

Great Property--5 Stars!!!

A lovely property--so clean & quiet with a well equipped kitchen. Great beds, linens & towels, beach towels & chairs too. The screened area was a wonderful place for morning coffee and that afternoon cocktail. The communal spaces were welcoming and watching the fish and a dolphin from the dock was a nice surprise. There are walking/biking paths close by and it is an easy drive to Dunedin Ball Park. Close to shopping & other local attractions and in the St Pete's area. We had a great stay and would stay again.

Nice quiet property good location

This property is a quiet duplex within a few blocks of the Pinellas Bike Trail. It was nicely provisioned for two people. Owner was responsive to requests. The common area was very nice, with a view of the water, a gas fire pit and grill. We would stay in this unit again.

Comfortable stay

Comfortable and quiet property. Kitchen was well stocked without being cluttered. Fridge had an inside leak and property manager was responsive. Having bikes to use was great as bike trail is close by. Nice common space plus private lanai.

Property was super clean. Quiet neighborhood,. Close to the water. Commons area was very nice. The no. 1 item was the bathroom and shower. Very impressive. Super nice walk-in shower. Once again the whole place was super clean!!!

Florida or Bust!

We had such a great stay at this location. Interaction with the property owners was easy and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The location was great, close to the Clearwater touristy area but not right in it which made traffic so much better. The house was perfect for us and our four legged dogs with space to walk them and take them out. The shared patio space and amenities were so nice and lastly access to the water was a major perk! We didn't want to leave and hope to get back there soon!

Absolutely Amazing

This property was in an amazing location. The bay views were breath taking. The bikes were awesome as we took a bike ride every evening. We wanted to take the kayaks out but the weather was chilly while we were there. The owners are amazing and very friendly and accommodating. The property was very clean and very well furnished. I would definitely book her again and would recommend this place to family and friends visiting the area.

Adorable space

This space is exactly as it is described and more. It’s a beautiful oasis with a wonderful yard, the backyard is also peaceful with access to the ocean. I took the cable out very easily from the dock. The WiFi worked excellent for meetings. Everything in the kitchen worked great and my puppies were welcome! There are adorable doggie towels so I could wash my pups after a long day and there was a doggy bed. Comfy pillows, bed, and blankets. The home is close to a lot of great restaurants and the neighborhood is quiet. I would stay again!

A Nice Quiet Place

Everything was new in this apartment - repaired after hurricane damage. That was very nice. The kitchen was fine and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and closet and bureau space were great. The living room was a bit small and the sofa was not very comfortable, but it was fine, and we were not in the unit much. It was nice having access to a gas grill, which was in good condition. The view from the patio was nice, but it wasn't right outside our unit. There was no view from our unit.The owners were very responsive to our requests and were patient when I asked questions that they had addressed in their information sheet.The location was not close to any beaches, but we did not want that. We wanted to go for enjoyable walks, and this place was very close to a nice paved path along the bay - very pleasant.We enjoyed the stay.

Week long trip to Clearwater/Dunedan

This was our first trip to Clearwater and it was amazing. The unit is a duplex, but super private, the opposite unit and another unit in front were rented, but we only saw them in passing. It's been recently updated and is immaculate. There is a shared area in the front out by the water. It has tables and a grill if you just want to hang out. The owners have a room full of bicycles, kayaks, sand toys, and even beach chairs. All in great condition, available to use. The whole property was charming and the owners made sure they were available if we needed anything, which we didn't. The house is very close to Dunedin and the Pinellas trail. We ended up riding bikes everywhere because it's so close and easier to get around. The unit we stayed in was perfect for my husband and I, but It would have been crowded with an extra person added in. We really weren't inside much because there's so much to do in the surrounding area. We highly recommended and would stay again if we go back to that area!

We stayed for a month as first time snowbirds. It wa s perfect for 2 of us and our Lab. It had all the amenities that you would need. Host was very accessible if you had questions. We saw lots of marine wildlife in canal behind us. The pinellas bike trail was right across road and we were able to bike up to Dunedin 2 miles away. Quiet and safe neighborhoods to walk.

Updated condo with old Florida charm. Take a ride north to Dunedin to Frenchy’s for dinner and stop at Knot on Main for a very cool antique experience. Short drive over to Clearwater Beaches. Go early as parking fills up fast. Only complaint is the bright lights from the neighboring facility, room darkening shades would solve the issue easily.

The property was perfect for my needs

This was an opportunity for reflection and refocusing. The property was quiet and although i was alone, i felt very safe. The landlords were wonderfully friendly and helpful. I had day trips to Dunedin, just a couple of miles up the road, great shopping! and two trips to the beaches, only a short hop away. Thanks.

Very convenient area to beach and entertainment

Enjoyed staying in very clean and convenient to all the restaurants , grocery and beach Owners were very helpful when needed Had several things to enjoy like bike riding fishing on dock with beautiful inter coastal waterways scenery. Would definitely recommend for a more relaxed stay away from crowded streets and hotels
