Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals Policy for VRBO Guests:
After your booking is received, we will contact you directly to answer additional questions and provide more details regarding the reservation process.
All guests are required to read and sign our rental agreement and condo terms prior to arrival. Our rental agreement outlines important information regarding payments, cancellations, condo rules, and guest policies.
• Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival
• A refundable $500 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 7 days prior to arrival
• The hold will be released within 48 hours after departure, subject to the conditions outlined in our rental agreement
