Everything you could want for your beach vacay!

Our stay at San Remo was amazing! The location was perfect. The condo had everything we needed. Walk to the beach was so short! Beach access was fantastic! Plenty of room. We will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, room was ready on time, the unit was very dirty, bathrooms had not been cleaned or sanitized to our satisfaction. Had to go buy cleaning supplies.the kitchen and tv area had lots of cereal on the floor and under tables, the kitchen had roaches in the coffee maker, the washer or dryer tore up the towels, shredded a few, afraid to do our laundry after that.

May 2021 Stay

We have stayed at many of the San Remo units over the past 5 years and this was by far the best experience. Unit 103 was so beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location on the ground floor near the pool. It is obvious the owners and the condo association take very good care of this place! Nothing was broken or in disrepair, and it appeared they invested in some well thought out improvements. Both king bedrooms were super comfortable and the black out shades on the windows and doors were appreciated. The one thing I need to commend the owners on was there was no sign of mold, mold damage, or mold smell, which happens sometimes and is forgivable being FL. We had no complaints, at all. If we had some advice, which is minimal, it would be to either take down the shower head in the guest bathroom and clean it or simply replace it. Not a big deal but obvious. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful condo at a known place and wonderful beach. It was a pleasure and we will return!

Comfortable condo!

My family and I stayed here and we had plenty of space. The beds were super comfy! Everything was very clean and nicely decorated! Patio was a plus! Not one negative comment. Enjoyed very much and would stay here again and again!

We outfit each kitchen with plenty of cookware/bakeware/utensils - and a Keurig plus a regular coffee maker. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is fabulously located for a stay during beach weather. Unfortunately, we were greeted with a near-freezing winter thunder and lightning rainstorm . The property is nicely furnished and looked clean but is overdue for a deep cleaning. There was a very high-pitched whistling sound day and night which a maintenance person decided was coming from pressure in the water pipes. We had to get help from a long-term tenant to figure out how to operate the TV, as no manager was on the premises. On our last night a management person suggested tht we sleep with ear plugs. We would love tp stay there agin but not in the winter.

Alan, I apologize about the state of the condo, we do deep cleans during the off season and we strive for 5 star cleans between each guest stay. I am so sorry to hear about the TV issues, we have staff that is local and would have been over there to help you with the issues. We also send an email after the first 2 days of your stay addressing any issues you may be having, but never heard from you. We have detailed laminated sheets addressing how to work the TV's, and again we would have been happy to assist. We hope your next stay with Your Friend at the Beach brings better weather and the 5 star experience we strive for.

Nice lions weekend trip!

The condo was great! Clean with newer furnishings. Beds were comfortable. We could not get the TV to work in the guest bedroom, but the remains TVs worked fine. Need to sync the remotes to 1 remote if possible. Great access to the beach and pool. Condo was fully furnished. Even had bug spray for those pesky biting flies (first time we’ve ever experienced them in 20 years).
