With a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this 4th-floor condo sleeps up to 4 people comfortably! Long Beach Resort #1-402 is an excellent choice for a Panama City Beach getaway or a fun family vacation on the Gulf Coast.

Long Beach Resort is a beachfront condominium offering a variety of fantastic amenities for you to take advantage of during your getaway on the Gulf Coast. Take a dip in the lagoon-style community pool or lounge on the surrounding sundeck and soak up some sunshine. The resort also offers two additional Polynesian pools, a poolside bar and grill, a fitness center, and community barbecue grills for you to enjoy. Pier Park, containing a multitude of restaurants and shopping boutiques, is just a short drive away from your beach condo at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach.

***Long Beach Resort will undergo exterior renovations from approximately August 18th, 2025, through March 2026. This essential work is being done to meet Florida safety requirements and includes repairs to walkways and building exteriors. While contractors will work to minimize disruption, the property will be an active construction site during this time. Guests may experience occasional noise, limited access to certain areas, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. We appreciate your understanding as the resort undergoes these important improvements. ***

The condo was clean and spacious. The balcony was awesome. We were far enough away from the pool so we didn't have to hear all the pool noise. The only negative thing i can say, was some of the riff raff from the beach or other condos would come sneak into the pools and hot tubs. Really close to a huge condo, their people would crowd some of the beach in front of our condo. Location was great. Within walking distance to restruarants, shopping and Walmart. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

perfect stay

The Condo was so wonderfully decorated and all furniture was very comfortable. The balcony was great to spend lots of time on. The kitchen was well furnished and we were very close to all restaurants and places of interest. We loved our time at the beach!!

Great clean cindo with fabulous view. Just right for a couple . Great pools to enky as well with ab outdoor bar /grill at one. Good communications and easy check in /check out. Definitely will stay again

Great stay at the beach

Inspite of elevator repairs, parking lot closures, no bathrooms by the pools, and cold weather, the unit was very nice. Room needs a small table for dining as it was too cold to eat on patio table. Would stay there again though. Everything else was good.

Ceiling tiles in closet and bathroom were missing or hanging. Sliding doors were hard to open, chair outside was brokw. No pot holders Place was clean and nice these things were not a huge deal. Just FYI clean, nice

I should have called when I got to the condo but didn’t. The pictures of the outdoor furniture is totally different than the pictures. There is no table to eat at. In the pictures there is. The dryer was so loud that we had to run it when we were out. It’s a nice condo 2 nd time staying in this one. When I moved a chair in tv area there were some cheerios under it not from me So the cleaning people need to do a little better.

Excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the 1 bedroom condo is perfect for 2 people. It has ocean views from both the living room and bedroom. The balcony is very spacious. It is nicely decorated and the furniture is super comfy. The bed is very soft. The only suggestion that we would make is that it needs a little maintenance. The tub spout was loose and the vent/fan in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling. The fan still worked though. The location is excellent. It is at the opposite end of Pier Park where all the congestion is, but still a close enough drive to get there. There is a Walmart right across the street and great restaurants around the corner. The main pool is awesome! There was never a wait for the elevator like most large condos. The only reason we did not give it 5 stars is because of the maintenance work it needs in those areas and we would love to see the bathroom and kitchen updated to the next level. Other than that, this was a great condo for a relaxing beach vacation! We would definitely return to Long Beach resort!!

When we got to the condo it was exactly like the pics. There was an issue right out front on the beach was the beach restoration going on area was all fenced off and very loud trucks going 24/7 it was not a nice view or relaxing could not have doors open. To get the the beach we had to walk down to the 4 th building. We were in building 1. This may not seem bad but its a walk with all the beach stuff. The construction moved down a bit finally on 4th day of being there but our gate to the beach never opened. I’m disappointed I never received anything that this construction was going to be happening. There wasn’t anything I could do like cancel or anything but I was expecting this beautiful view not a big barge and trucks The safety lock was broken and as soon as I said something to management it was fixed so that was good. There was not a lot of kitchen stuff. You will need pot holders. 1 kitchen towel was provided. some pots and pans were available. It was a nice place beautiful weather. I will call next time to make sure our beach will be available and no construction is going on.

Overall good experience

The unit was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to the beach. It had all the basic essentials needed to enjoy our time there. The only downside was a few items. First was upon checkin there was no toilet paper, dish soap or dishwashing soap. While we knew it was only supposed to supply enough to get started there wasn’t any. Toilet paper missing was the biggest issue when checking in after traveling all day. We sent an email via the Contact Us link in our reservation and never heard back until 4:00 the following day when they sent us an email inquiring how everything was going. I requested these items again. The second issue was the shower curtain not attached to the shower. It was propped up in the ceiling tiles and not usable as is. I asked for this to be fixed at the same time. They responded in saying they would get this fixed the next day. The repairman did show up late in the following afternoon to fix. Still no toilet paper or soap. These items didn’t ruin our trip but I would have expected the cleaning crew to have reported the shower curtain to management prior to us arriving and having it fixed before then. The cleanliness of unit, linens and convenience of everything was wonderful. There were some holes in the wall where you could tell something had been removed and not replaced. These could easily be fixed as well. Overall I would recommend the unit for a beach vacation.

Bugs in the bedroom. Moldy Washer.

We arrived late and were dismayed to find small bugs all around the bedroom and in the bed. At first, I was concerned I was seeing bedbugs, but I think they were small beach flies. Also found a few cockroaches, though they were the big brown ones that sometimes get in from the outside. We spent the first night with our family of four sharing a full size pull out bed and couch cushions on the floor in the LR because of all of the bugs in the bedroom. The next day, the property manager send over new sheets and they were simply left on the kitchen counter. After calling and expressing continued frustration, I finally got someone to come out and fully clean the room/make the bed. The room was decent from then on, but we had already spent a full day of our vacation trying to rectify the situation. The biggest issue was that the washer reeked of mold and had visible mold caked around the rubber washer gasket inside the door. This rendered the washer useless and the property manger never attempted to clean it. Rather, they informed us that they would install a new gasket next week and we could drop-off/pick-up our laundry with an local laundry service. I appreciated the gesture, but I don't want to make trips for laundry during vacation. If the room had been listed as not having a washer, I would have never booked it. Overall, management did try to fix the situation, but it was a huge disappointment. Won't book their properties ever again.

Needs updating

Bed: both sides sink (a lot) and roll to the middle Bathroom: rust on valve behind toilet and on ceiling metal frame, white caulking around surfaces would make it look cleaner/fresher Freezer: rust inside Balcony: rusty metal citronella bucket on table 2 blue padded swivel chairs were bent upon arrival, thus you lean badly to one side when on them TV: For us seniors, the set was very difficult to use. We in fact seldom used either one as we couldn’t find TV channels easily. It was frustrating. This is the most expensive condo at Long Beach we’ve ever stayed in (25+ years) and we were disappointed in the overall condition.

Nice little Condo

Condo was nice but could have been a little cleaner. They only supplied one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag for a family of 4 for a whole week. Not a huge concern, but thought that was strange... especially when you’re paying over $1500.00 to stay. If it were my place I would definitely make sure my guests had those. Kitchen was supplied with dishes and cookware, which made it nice when we wanted to cook. Also had a dishwasher, washer and dryer. Made things very convenient! Balcony was large and had a beautiful view. We were very close to Pineapple Willys and we loved that. It could use a little TLC in a few more areas, especially the bathroom where the toilet and shower are located. But overall was a pretty nice condo and we would stay again.
