This 2-bedroom apartment was just what we needed! Quiet and clean, and with our 3-night stay, we did not have trouble finding street parking. Arrival instructions were straight forward, and Meghan texted to check if we needed anything.

Great place!

We stayed there during the hottest weekend in June. The AC worked great! There was a mix up with the location of the key to the unit but the host responded quickly! We will definitely stay there again!

Great Apartment Close to Downtown

Had a wonderful stay in Chicago with my wife and two kids (7 & 5). Easy access to the apartment and fairly quick to get downtown. The property owner was extremely responsive and great to work with for a couple inquiries we had. Would definitely come back again!!

The apartment was nice, and the free on-street parking was great. We parked within a block of the apartment each time we moved the car. The front bedroom was a little on the warm side each night. If we stay again, we will bring a fan. Overall, though, it was a good experience.

Very nice convenient place to stay

I stayed for a week and just needed somewhere to sleep, cook meals, and work during the day while looking for apartments in the area. This was ideal. Quick walk to bus stops, about 20 min walk to the nearest L station, so I could get all over the city. A clean, pretty, and comfortable place with all kitchen needs, wifi was fast and reliable, bed was fine. Owner was quick to respond the one time I needed something (soap for the dishwasher).

Highly recommend it

Highly recommend! The apartment is very spacious. It has two bedrooms that can comfortably sleep four people, plus a couch that can accommodate one more. While there's not a lot of furniture, we actually loved that—it gave us plenty of room, and the space didn’t feel crowded at all.The owner was super helpful and communicative, and the property manager was also extremely supportive and kind. The place is within walking distance of the metro, which made everything very easy and convenient.We strongly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back!Joanna Jarmolowicz

The apartment was so very comfortable. Everything was as described. Very cute and secure apartment. The beds were comfortable! My only issue was with parking. It was not the owners fault of course, but the street cleaning were the two days that we stayed. We ended up having to walk over a half mile one way with suitcases. And then at 11:00 p.m. at night I was walking almost a mile with my kids through an unknown neighborhood. It would have been nice to know if the parking was dedicated. Everything else was smooth. Owner was very responsive and kind.

Good stay

The unit looked like the pictures - it was very clean (except a bit of mildew in the bathroom... Nothing bad). The kitchen was thoughtfully appointed. The owner responded quickly and checked in to make sure i got in ok. My only complaint was there were no comfortable chairs. The sofa is a futon which is very firm and there were a handful of wood dining chairs. I had to work from the unit for part of my trip and was a bit uncomfortable by the end of the day. On the other hand the internet worked well, including when i needed to be on zoom. The location was convenient with a car...easy to get around. And I had no trouble at all with parking which was a concern for me.

Great apartment in Irving Park

We really enjoyed our stay. This apartment is great for small groups who are mostly looking to explore the neighborhood or city as it simply furnished but clean and comfortable! It also has that historic apartment Chicago feel which is cool.

Home away from home

This was a great find, I’m so happy I booked it. The location was perfect, and the space was clean and cozy. I hate staying at hotels because they feel like hotels so here I felt like I was home away from home. Meghan was super helpful and always got back to me right away. The check in process was easy and the online listing had everything I need to know. I’ll be coming back!
