King bed and sleeper sofa in living room with private bath off bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils and dishware for all your cooking needs. Each unit has own parking spot to accommodate a single vehicle. Out boutique motel has a pool, fishing dock, grills, kayaks, paddle board and bikes for your use. We are located at the quiet north end of Clearwater Beach and is only a short 5 minute walk to beach and 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops. We also have beach chairs and wagon available for your use on a first come basis.

Exactly what we were looking for

This come and go property was exactly what we were looking for for our short stay in Clearwater. Provided the essentials and was clean, walking distance to sand pearl resort and restaurants.

Great location

If you want a small clean place away from the hustle and bustle of the center of town this is it. 2 short blocks from beach and a dock with tables and chairs on the bay was perfect. Don’t bring a lot of stuff because the rooms are small. Perfect for a weekly stay.

Thank you for leaving a review! Five Palms units can be on the smaller side. We recommend trying to rent one of our units with the extended bedroom with 2 queen beds if available, or our townhouse that has 2 bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. While there's not much we can do to make our approximately 330 - 430 sq. ft. condominiums bigger, we make up for it with our great location and several complimentary first come first serve items such as bikes, kayaks, a paddle board and beach equipment. We are beautifully located on the intercoastal waterway with a large dock for great fishing or just hanging out at one of the tables or benches on the dock. The pool is also a great fun spot for families to hang out for the day closely located near the 2 gas grills and picnic area.

Wonderful

Absolutely wonderful time at the property. Very convenient and not a far walk from beach. Plenty of space for 4(2adults/2kids). Loved the pool and every feature. Very close to shopping and great food. We absolutely will beck back to Clearwater and definitely will stay here again.

Great location. Close enough to everything and away from the noise. Sat on the deck every morning. Pool was very clean and well kept. Beach gear, kayaks, and bicycles are also amazing additions.

Couples getaway

We came for a wedding and a long weekend away from our littles…we had a lovely time- beach is nearby, we used the bikes provided every day to get around. Awesome restaurants to try and a room that met all of our needs. We even enjoyed the shuffleboard court! 😂 A beautiful place to stay and enjoy the sunset.

Beware! Pictures are not accurate. Decor is old, dated, and shabby. Bed was comfortable.

The unit was recently painted, so the color of the unit's walls were different than on the website. The side chair, and chest pictured in the unit were gone or replaced. I did add the new pictures to the website. We will always do what we can to please our guests if given the opportunity :)

Fun, Accessible, Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at Five Palms! Im not sure we could’ve asked for a better location. The Tommy Bahama decor and interior design was cozy and having kitchen accessories was a huge factor for us. It was clean and mostly quiet. The other guests were very friendly and liked to have a good time. Also having access to a pool, bikes, and beach equipment (umbrellas, floaties, towels, buckets, etc.) was an amazing and much appreciated feature. Thank you Five Palms!

Great location in North Beach neighborhood. On the bayside water for perfect morning setting with coffee, quiet! Walk to beach and restaurants only a few blocks away.
