Dockside 505-2 bedroom condo with Beautiful views

We are the owners of the unit next door, Dockside 504 and if you are looking for 2 units that would accomodate your large party, look no further! Please let us know if you are looking for something like that. We strive to make your vacation a relaxing and memorable one.

Newly renovated two bedroom condo is sure to be the perfect spot for your next vacation. You will see what all the fuss is all about once your toes touch the sugary soft sands of Clearwater Beach. There is reason it keeps getting voted the #1 beach year after year! This condo has everything to make your stay wonderful. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The unit is is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, towels and linens. There is also a stacked washer and dryer. You have everything you need here! There is seating for four by the front door with views of the bay. You might even see a dolphin or two swimming in the bay! You will enjoy sitting and watching the sunrise and sunset. There is a shared heated pool with the hotel next door and you are just a few minutes walk to the beach.

The furniture has a classy touch with warm tones and beachy themes throughout.

There is a sleeper sofa to the right of the entrance.

The first bedroom has a King bed and a wall mounted flat screen tv.

The second bedroom has two full beds, both with memory foam gel mattresses.

Blinds can be adjusted as you like to let as much or as little sunlight in.

There is plenty of parking available with some covered spots as well.
On-site parking is always free!

There are lot of restaurants withing walking distance, activites at Pier 60 on a nightly basis, and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium is right here too.

There is a lot to do or you can just sit and enjoy the beach breeze.

This is an excellent location and a very nice condo. A very short walk to the beach, restaurants and jolley trolley stop. A fully functional kitchen let's you live like home when you decide to eat in.

Fabulous unit for the Clearwater experience

Check in and out was simple and well communicated. The unit itself is beautiful with updated appliances. Very easy in and out access to the property itself. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes from your door step! We enjoyed watching the Dolphins and parrots each morning while drinking coffee on the balcony

Nice unit

We have stayed in this unit before and we will be back! Highly recommend. Very comfortable and clean. Good location and views. We always see several dolphins. This year we saw three manatees and a stingray from the balcony ( look over the bay when walking to the unit-never know what is down below)..

This is the 2nd time that we’ve stayed at the Dockside as a family, I highly recommend this property to anyone!Ana is an excellent host. The unit is extremely well stocked with kitchen, and beach items. Will definitely be back!

Amazing condo in the heart of it all

Condo was clean, spacious, decorated nicely, quiet, and in a great location. Ana communicated well when we had questions. Within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the beach. Only drawback was not enough washcloths for everyone to take a shower once a day and sometimes twice a day after spending the day in the Florida heat. We did wash bath linens often. Otherwise, it was the perfect VRBO for our Clearwater family vacation!

Very nice condo, but ants in kitchen and elevator in building not working properly- numerous people commented on elevators (door would not always open in a timely manner)

Amazing stay in Clearwater

The property was so clean, just as pictures shown. Ana was amazing and a great host. Loved our stay, we will definitely be back.

Needs some updates

Pool steps were dangerous. Pool area to small for two hotels to be using. Never enough chairs. Bathroom currtaun rod all rusty. Coffee was for restaurant. Would not stay hot. Needs replacing. Ice maker didn’t work. Drain in tub was plugged had to clean so water would go down. Pits and pans need to be replaced. No laundry soap. Beds good and comfortable. No Tv instructions. 3 different controls. Very slow elevator. Ample parking. Quiet!

Nice little condo on the bay

Condo has everything you will need for your stay (especially coffee filters). I would recommend a rug or 2. Tile is very hard on the feet after so much walking during the day and it would help limit the sand transfer to the beds. Quiet area close to the beach. If you bring a car parking is provided at the unit but you have to pay everywhere else. We saw dolphis in the bay right off our balcony almost daily. Ana is very good about communicating. She has a very cute condo in Clearwater.

Great place to stay!

Ana was great to deal with. This condo was close to everything. We walked alot!! Super comfortable bed and the condo had everything we needed. Perfect home away from home. The fridge with built in water and ice was very convenient.
