This beautiful beach getaway condo is located in the heart of South Clearwater Beach, Florida. The property has all the conveniences, including 24/7 Security Guard, restricted building access to owners and registered guests, game room, fitness room and sauna, and a waterfront pool. A short 2 - 3 minute walk puts you in the beautiful white sandy beach of South Clearwater. No car is needed here because you are close to everything! You can walk or take a quick ride in the Jolley Trolley to the many restaurants, convenience stores, shops, coffee houses, miniature golf, and ice cream parlors the area has to offer.

The balcony views are 3 directional. You can see the Gulf of Mexico, Clearwater Beach, and the Clearwater Bay/Intercoastal! The living area and balcony offer front row experience when it comes to sunsets, watching boats, dolphins, and manatees.

This condo comes with a nicely appointed kitchen with all the amenities of home. The large main bedroom has great natural light, a king-size bed, wall to wall closet, a ceiling fan, and an updated private spa shower. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, wall to wall closet, and a ceiling fan. This room has a separate hallway bathroom with a shower tub. Plenty of amenities, smart TVs in the master and living room and a full sized washer and dryer, just to name a few.

Property administration rules do not allow cross-over month rentals, except multiple month stays. The property is still undergoing extensive repairs and renovations due to last year hurricanes. However, our unit is ready for you to stay with us and enjoy everything Clearwater Beach has to offer.

The property was very clean and well taken care of. Communication with the owner was very prompt as we couldn't figure out how to get in the building when we arrived! Security on property was nice. Great location!

Piece of Paradise

Beautiful property right on the gulf. Nicely appointed condo with all the comforts of home. Location was perfect, as shops, bars, restaurants, beaches were all within walking distance. Only drawback was the street noise, but if you spend all day at the pool or beach, you don't notice it much.

Wonderful month long stay in Clearwater Beach!

Had a wonderful experience here. The condo was very clean and well appointed, exactly as pictured! Beds very comfortable and all bedding and towels were included and in great condition. Location was perfect as it was close to many bars and restaurants as well as the beach and we really enjoyed the amazing pool and deck area located on the property. Watching the sunset nightly was one of the best parts! Isa was very easy to work with and I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Just as listed!

Really enjoyed your condo! It was just as listed - just a short walk to the beach and even though the pool was closed, it was just a short walk to the other one and it was nice and never busy. Beautiful sunsets every night! And we rarely used our car as it was so close to everything. Perfect size for our family of four

Paradise

Unit was exactly as described and exactly what my spouse and I needed for our ten day stay. It was very clean, very well appointed, very secure, in a good location to walk to all the main activities in Clearwater Beach, and the property manager was as easy to work with and made the entire process easy. There are a lot of long term residents in both private residence towers and they were all friendly and helpful to us. Will definitely be back at some point in the near future! Good value!

Loved the Location

We had a few minor maintenance issues, but the owner was quick to respond and amend them. I hadn't noticed from the photos that the balcony is in the shade all the time. Since we had some chilly weather, that was a disappointment. Overall, the unit was well-equipped and comfortable.

Great location although a bit noisy

The condo is beautiful and our host was most accommodating. There was a bit of unexpected construction around the pool deck, but it didn't affect any amenities. The location is superb if you desire to be in the middle of everything, but the noise level can be quite loud at times. Overall, we had a great time. The nature of Clearwater is gorgeous, but during crowded times we found most tourists to be quite disrespectful of it. We would love to visit again during a less crowded time.

It was okay

Condo itself was clean, had everything we needed. The only downside was the parking, it was a nightmare to pull out on to the street most days due to traffic, but given the construction being done, it's expected. The water in the entire place though smelled liked sewer..I believe they were repairing/digging outside maybe..so if you do stay, definitely bring or buy fresh water to drink and brush your teeth with..any laundry i washed did end up smelling like poo and the smell stuck to my suitcases as well. Showering felt icky. Other than that, the stay was great and the owner was easy/quick to communicate with.

Traffic in the Clearwater Beach area can be busy during peak vacation season. Construction and repairs after the hurricanes last year are still ongoing to rebuild, beautify, and modernize the 440 West property. We appreciate your patience during this time. Nice condo but not overwhelming.

The view of the Gulf was restricted because of a wall to the left of the lanai, which made it impossible to view the sunset unless you went to the extreme right side of the lanai. The condo was very nice, but the living room furniture sat so low that we had a hard time getting up. It was especially difficult for me since I've had a stroke. We left early primarily due to the weather. The kitchen, bathrooms, and TV's were nice.

Unfortunatelly, the sun is slighlty out of sight in some of the winter months!!! The oversized leather sofa and chair are just as pictured, must find these very comfortable and great to chill and relax after a day at the beach. We are sorry they were hard for you to handle due to your health.

Great and fun stay!

Great location, near several good restaurants and shops. The unit was extremely clean and is very spacious. Beautiful view!!!! The owner is very approachable. Our whole family (husband and kids) liked the whole thing. Awesome vacation where we make wonderful memories.

Good location

Wish the pool had been open, (which we knew in advance), inconvenienced one day where we couldn’t be in the room much because of some work being done, which wasn’t the owners fault, plumbing needs some work. Overall we loved the cleanliness of the place and location.

Location - Location- Location

Beautiful location and rental. Very close to beautiful beach & pier. We enjoyed dolphin shows daily from beach. Views from balcony were spectacular (especially sunsets) and car unnecessary unless you want to venture out. Plenty of great food, bars & shopping all within a few minutes walk. We watched fireworks from our balcony during Sugar Salt Festival and they were gorgeous! They were just finishing pool area which looked wonderful but not quite ready during our stay. Enjoyed very much!!!

Great stay

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, and the unit was well stocked with everything we needed including beach towels, boogie board, cooler. Only downfall was the pool area is being worked on, so it wasn't available, but we were able to go down to the Holiday Inn and use theirs. Loved that we could look out over the gulf, see Pier 60 from our unit and all of Clearwater Beach. I would definitely stay here again!

We Had the BEST experience in this CONDO ! BEST location for adult kids to be easily entertained

The Condo is in the best location. So easy to walk everywhere. Great Sunset views every night with dolphin sightings nightly. The condo had everything we needed and was so very clean. Best communication with host, when we needed new battery in key code to enter 1 night. Thank you thank you for having us in such a wonderful place. I want to stay again!

One of my favorite places to stay! Property was perfect for us! Walking distance to everything! Great pool Overlooking the Gulf. Unit was super clean and updated. Great view of the Gulf right out our balcony. Gated community so very safe. We Will be back for sure!

We fell in love with this property because of the amazing views and the location. You cannot ask for a better spot if you want to come to Clearwater Beach and enjoy all this area has to offer. You can walk to everything. But, it is also close enough to other great neighboring towns that you can go out and explore too!
