Cape Coral Escape

There were a lot of things but we made the best of it. The pool was not clean, remotes to TVs had no batteries and didn’t work. They ask you to clean and wash linens but leave no cleaning supplies. We had to buy everything from trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent. There were a lot of things broke or not working. The home needed to be taken care of better. It was a beautiful place but it would be better if the up keep was better and if you’re going to ask for specific cleaning provide the essential cleaning supplies. The guest would take better care of it also if you supply basic cleaning and upkeep supplies. Remove broken items chairs, TV, and appliances. Pool person added chemicals but didn’t clean debris out of pool, no skimmer net available only broken pole.

The house was very nice! The only problem was the communication between the management company and owner. We had a late check out scheduled but the owner wasn’t informed and he had renters coming in at 4:00. We had to scramble to leave.

Real Estate journey!!

The three (3) tv's were Inoperable-Did not work.... Disappointing-especially since the Final 4 Championship games were on TV. Otherwise, Everything was pretty clean but No: Trash Bags - Laundry detergent or dishwashing powder. We only stayed 3 nights. Would have been nice to have the essentials and TV's working!!!

Cape Coral vacation

The house is nice, but there are areas that need attention. The home offers no privacy in the main living areas of the house after dark, due to the glass front doors and screen back porch and proximity of the nearby homes and the street that it is on. Some of the shutters do not close completely or are broken, so taking a shower in the front bathroom after dark is also out. The main bath is huge and is very nice.We were unable to get the televisions to work in any of the bedrooms, the agent was unable to help with this issue, though she offered (but did not follow through) to send someone to fix them or show us the tricks. The pool looked nice, but the pool person did not ever show up and there was some debris in the bottom and the water level was rather low. We enjoyed the pool area and the sunny weather. Loved the lanai over the pool area.The couch in the living area is pretty worn out and not very comfortable for sitting, but lying on it was ok, plus prevented everyone driving by or in the houses behind from being able to see us while relaxing, watching TV in the evening.Overall, the house needs a little more TLC and checking up on between customers and follow through when issues are raised. It certainly has potential to be a "great" vacation spot, rather than a "good" one.

Great Location

The house is in a nice neighborhood away from the main areas of traffic yet very convenient to the highway. The host quickly responded when I had a question. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house.

Home is nice. We were there to check out Cape Coral and surroundings to see if want to vacation there. You have to drive everywhere so that was a turn off but otherwise was good

Great Stay in Cape Coral

The home was exactly as stated in the description. We enjoyed the back patio/pool with lanai. It's a very peaceful neighborhood and is very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The management company was responsive when we had questions and the checkin / checkout process was very easy.

Perfect place for our week long annual stay

The property was conveniently located and was lovely for rest and relaxation during a busy week playing Amateur World Series baseball. Great amenities and management! We will try and stay here again!

What a let down, we got nothing for the Host and Service fee!!

From the opening of the door, the disappointment started. It was hotter in the house, than it was outside? Once we found the thermostat, it was set to 85?? We were told not to check in before 3:30 as the maintenance staff would be taking care of the unit. Well not so! After about 3 hours of dripping sweat, and trying to keep our selves from just heading home, it started to cool. When it was so hot, we thought we would go and cool off in the pool!!! Next major let down, only about 2 feet of water in the pool. By this time we had brought a couple steaks for supper, but when we opened the Grill, wasn't about to cook on that? Meanwhile, trying to get TV on to watch, the remotes needed batteries. Was able to figure out the power buttons on the back of the main TV in the living room, to get the Roku working, found a set of batteries that enabled us to get to Live TV. Next day we bought all new batteries at Walmart and were in business. When we sat on the sectional couch, found out real quick why the big pillows, was to keep you from going almost to the floor in this old thing! one chair would't recline, the pin holding it all together underneath was missing. So we were able to adjust it manually for our stay. When I called the number in your book, for any issues, it took forever for Lexi to get back to us, and when she did, she indicated she hadn't been in charge of this property for bout year? We paid a pretty hefty Host and service fee for this home!! NOT HAPPY!

Beautiful house

Spacious living area beautiful canal view. Amazing master side with impressive bathroom. Dusty, all of the speakers in the house were dusty ceiling fan in master had large amount of dust on it. No spare toilet paper, no pool barrier to put around pool to keep pets and small child out. Noticable water damage on ceilings inside and out, pool shower handle is tricky, vent doesn't work in pool bathroom, unsecured bricks on the pool deck, and clear water damage around the back of the house. Beautiful house just needs a little bit of work. Oh and the pool never came on the waterfalls or the jets and the pool was dirty we had to skim it.... But great location just don't miss you're turn off your coming off veterans parkway or you'll have to go over the bridge take del Prado turn left by the gas station (patrol station)

Beautiful home; minor updating needed

The property was very nice. We loved the pool and it's central location. There's plenty of places to eat, shop and visit nearby. Minor things need to be updated like TVs, linen, reference folder info and the lock on the front door. Besides that, it's a lovely place to stay

Home is beautiful!

The internet was out when we arrived. The TVs didn't work. In one bedroom the TV remotes had no backs, and the HDMI adapter was missing. The living room TV remotes didn't work, I downloaded an app to change the channels. This home needs a new cleaning crew. The floors were very dirty and there was a small bug infestation in the bathroom window of the master bath. We did enjoy our stay, but we weren't there to watch TV.

Nice quiet place.

The stay was really nice. The location was great. The house was clean and in a good neighborhood. The only minor things that we had an issue with was the pool, grill, and oven. The pool, grill, and oven need to be cleaned and ready to go for new guests. Of these three things we only used the pool. It was nice but not maintained.

Great house

We had a little issue when they first got there, but Greg was easy to get ahold of and he resolved it. Great stay, and loved the pool. Would have stayed another week there if it were available. Thank you Greg for being a great host for them!

Above and beyond

I've rented several properties over the past 3 years all in Cape Coral. This one hands down was the best. The house was very clean, furnishings all high quality. Pool was peefect and the bedrroms and bathrooms where well high quality. Will definitely reserve again for .ore family or business trips.

Beautiful house and location!

We enjoyed our spring break with our teenage kids at this beautiful, clean, spacious home! Spent lots of time in the pool and relaxing around it enjoying the view of the canal! Neighborhood is very quiet! House is in a perfect location! Greg was great to deal with and answered all my questions before our trip in a very timely manner! Would definitely come stay again!
