Welcome to Southern~Most Comfort in the heart of Tybee Island's desired South Beach.

Yes! You are renting the entire huge house, not just half the home.
This spacious home sleeps up to 18 guests! Epic views of the beach and ocean from the 6 multi-level decks with patio seating for an unforgettable sunrise and sunset.
Only steps to South Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Walk to the nearby Tybee Island Pier, shops, restaurants, and nightlife!
Perfect location for large families, friendly reunions, and anyone wanting a relaxing southern beach vacation.

The home has equal living spaces on each side and is joined by a doorway that can be closed for additional privacy.
Spacious is an understatement with 3,700 sq. ft of living space, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths & 2 half baths. Kitchens are fully equipped with all cookware, ice makers, microwaves, toasters, and blenders. Plenty of dining space and seating including 2 highchairs. Garage parking for 6-8 cars, plenty of additional space for rented golf carts and bicycles. Outdoors you have 2 gas grills, plenty of beach chairs, and umbrellas. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. You will have a starter set of toiletries and paper products.

Guests have full access to the entire home except for the locked supply closets. The home is equipped with two EV chargers, level 2 commercial grade 48 Amp chargers.

it is self-check-in and check-out! There is outdoor lighting and cameras on site for safety and security.

Southern~Most Comfort is steps to beach, 3rd house to toes in the sand! The home is located at the end of the Island along a private quiet road with a large open lots neighboring and the beach and ocean in your backyard!

You can easily walk to all the shops and restaurants close to the Tybee Island Pier. You can easily drive, rent golf carts or bicycles too!

Guest have full access to the home, 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 half baths, 4 roof top decks! Garage space for 8-10 vehicles.
Guest are provided with beach chairs, beach towels, all linens and starter supply of toiletries.

Perfect location on Tybee! Close to beach and stores. Plenty of room for our family. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.

Family Reunion

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It was perfect for our family. The house was fully equipped and super clean. It is steps from the beach and convenient walking distance from the shops and restaurants. We definitely will be going to stay there again in the future.

Barely a 3 mimute walk to beach. No parking worries at all. House was excellent and very spacious and perfect for the large family gathering.

Loved this location!

Our family had such a wonderful time on this trip! It was perfect. There was plenty of room in the house and they had everything you needed. The beach was very close which made it even better. I loved the balcony's on the roof. We were able to go up there at sunset and watch the moon come up as the sun went down. It was spectacular. I would definitely stay in this house again.

Wonderful Spring Break on Tybee Island

Southernmost Comfort was the perfect place to celebrate spring break with my children and grandchildren. The set up at the house, with two full kitchens, living rooms, laundry rooms etc., was fantastic. The owners had the beautiful home fully stocked and included lots of extra amenities. The access to the beach and closeness to the shops, restaurants and pier was perfect for our large group. Wonderful memories were made.

Christmas family reunion

This was a great stay for our entire family! The kids loved going to the beach and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The kitchens were well stocked and made meal prep easy. Our only "complaint" were the beds. Very hard and squeaky. We still would highly recommend this property.

Family Beach Reunion

We stayed here end of March with a large group. 8 adults and 6 kids! Plenty of room to have enough personal space. Nice to have seperate kitchens so the early risers didn’t disturb the rest of the group. Kitchens were well equipped with equipment. WiFi worked great. TONS of beach chairs and a gear wagon available for the 50 yard walk to the beach. Also easily walkable to back beach which is very calm and has great sunsets. There is one pack and play at the property. Indoor parking for four cars and driveway parking for another four which is a big plus because you have to pay for parking EVERYWHERE on tybee. We had one issue with a tub not draining properly and property management was there to address it within minutes. Can’t wait to come back some day!

Beach house

The beach house is 3 houses from the private access to the beach. It is a great location on the south end of the island. The cleanliness of the property, however, was not good. It appears that the cleaners rush through, overlooking food left in cracks of furniture and under furniture. There is some minor damage such as holes in the backs of doors and several of the sliders are very difficult to use. There was a burned out light bulb and the bags hanging in closets to collect the damp air were near to bursting. The beach chairs and umbrellas, while great to have, are mostly rusted and not really available for use. The property mgr did respond immediately to our concerns on the damp bags and light bulb. For the price, I would have expected a better experience.
