Right behind beach. One house back but some water views from unit. We were there in mid October past the high season. Very calm and peaceful there. Probably the cleanest vrbo rental I ever stayed in. Clearly a full remodel had been recently done. Bayley property manager is top tier, and stayed in touch and made sure we had a good experience.

Cute cottage, Great location!

This home worked out great for our family beach vacation. The beach is just steps away! We loved waking up to the view of the dunes/water and hearing the crashing of waves as we drank our coffee on the deck. The rental company was welcoming and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year!

Great property! Very close to the beach. The place was spotless and easy to find. Checking in was a breeze too. The only thing I would say was that it was very tight with 2 boys and a giant husband but the closet system thing that they have was very well thought out.

The best decision of our trip to Maine!

Three generations stayed for a short week at this quaint little cottage. No stairs, all updated appliances, and ample amenities! The in-unit washer/dryer made vacation with kids a dream! It was the perfect location! Seeing the kids run to the water with ocean access at the end of the driveway was priceless! The outdoor shower kept sand outside. We had a small WiFi issue and property managers came out twice within the first day to fix the issue. We also met the owner while staying. Everyone with Bayley Vacation Rentals was kind, respectful, and focused on ensuring we had the best experience in OOB. This isn’t some big company going through the motions of rental management. This is a small company with real people who make a big impact and are proud of their coastal town. We will be back!

Little Getaway

This was a charming little cottage right next to the beach. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. The house was everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. The laundry and dishwasher in the kitchen made a week at the beach easy clean up at the end of each day. We prepared all of our meals in the kitchen or on the grill and ate at the patio table outside. Very clean and updated house prefect for a family of four.

Summer Holiday

My family and I stay in Maine each summer. This was one of our best rentals. Highly recommend if you want great access to the beach.

Lovely beach cottage!

Great cottage & location! Just steps to the beach! Very clean place! The one thing that wasn’t available was the extra bedding for the pull out couch. Needed to buy that while we were there. We thought having a coffee table with storage would be ideal for the extra bedding for the pull out couch. My sister and I went with our mom who is dealing with a knee injury but is still able to get around fine, but with some assistance walking on the beach. She thought it would have been nice to have a walk in shower or at least a bar to help her get in and out of the tub easier. We had a very nice time and recommend this place very much! Old Orchard Beach is beautiful! And this spot is fantastic!

Unbelievable Location!

The property is literally 20 feet from the ocean in a very family friendly neighborhood. The property had everything you needed and more for the very best beach vacation. The property included an outdoor shower for cleanliness after the beach but before you come inside the cottage. A private outdoor grill overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the refreshing breeze that comes along with it. The indoors of the cottage has every amenity you would need including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart tv, and two very cozy bedrooms. Within a few minutes you could walk to the local shuffle board courts in Ocean Park or a stroll into OOB for a fun adventure at Palace Playland or the numerous restaurants OOB has to offer. With private parking on the property you really feel very secure, cozy and stress free. My family recommend this property to anyone and give it a 10 out of 10. What a great stay and we miss it already! We can't wait for next year!

Wonderful stay

Cottage is the perfect location. It is clean and well maintained. Despite terrible weather my children keep asking when we can go back; they loved it too! Hope to be back next year!

At high tide, you can hear the ocean ❤️

This property was little but just perfect for me as I only had 2-3 day trippers at a time. Walk to the beach stand a little driveway few steps up to the end of the Road Seymour steps of the doing in there you are one of the most beautiful beaches in the state of Maine

Ocean Park - Nautical View

Cute cottage with amenities perfect for a family of four and entertaining up to 8 people. The amenities outweigh the small bedrooms and lack of any hooks or pegboard to hang wet towels or bathing suits. We will definitely book again. Great location too.

Lovely summer vacation

We loved staying at this house in OOB. The street is quiet & great for families. The beach is beautiful, super close to walk from the house. We loved walking down to the market for sandwiches & drove to Portland (about 30 mins). The property managers were quick to reply to any issues & did a great job making our stay enjoyable & relaxing. Thanks yall!!
