A nice sea view and large green space for this 37m2 apartment on the first floor in a small secure quiet residence, with small garden and terrace. <br>The accommodations are on the first floor, on the first floor as well as the garden, no work to cross to access it, just the unhooked French window which opens onto the terrace. It can therefore be suitable for people with reduced mobility (consult me for more details if necessary). On the other hand, it is not suitable for a wheelchair.<br> The apartment has a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom and separate toilets. The kitchen is open to the very bright living room with its large bay window that opens onto the terrace where you can have your meals and relax in the deckchairs enjoying the sea view and the sailboats that pass by.<br>The GR34 coastal path passes behind the residence, superb views of Fort Lalatte and Cap Fréhel. Many hikes await you all around St Cast. For cycling lovers, bike riding circuits are set up in the surrounding area, and you have a bike rental company in St Cast. We put a men's mountain bike at your disposal.<br>You can leave your car in the garage of the residence. <br>Quick access to the port (300m) by a small path and then the Promenade du Soleil Levant, pedestrian, by the sea to access the large beach and the center of St Cast. You will find all the shops as well as many restaurants. Don't miss the delicious ice creams from Tinou even if you have to queue before tasting.<br>In season, large market on Monday morning and night market on Thursday evening.<br>You can collect cockles and clams at the port or on the beaches of La Fresnaye or 4 Vaux. We provide buckets and scrapers. Otherwise you will find oysters, mussels and fish at the fish market in the centre and the port.<br>There is plenty of space on the large beach to lay down your towel, but other small, less crowded beaches, between the jagged rocks of the coast, are to be discovered.<br>A little further afield, you can visit the sites of Cap Frehel, Fort Lalatte, the cities of Dinard, Dinan, St Malo and the Rance valley with magnificent views. Boat trips are available to the port.<br>In the apartment you will find all the necessary documentation for your walks.<br>You will be welcomed by the Castine Concierge who will also take care of your exit from the accommodation.<br>To ensure that your stay is pleasant until the end, the Castine Concierge will provide cleaning at the exit of the accommodation.
