Fripp Island, with it's three mile ocean beach and two first rate golf courses is also a Wildlife Refuge and an Audubon Important Bird Area.

Our property is in John Fripp Villas Phase 3 and are excited to share our love of this tranquil island with you. It is a first floor, corner unit with no steps to climb and reserved parking at the door, it sits in the heart of the island with Ocean, Pools, Fitness Center, Beach Club, Food Court and Tennis Courts all a 3 minute walk away. A spacious, non-smoking villa with a beautiful view of the courtyard and ocean from the kitchen, living room and dining room, it has a king-size bed, large walk in closet, a queen sleeper sofa and two flat screen TV's. Both kitchen and bathroom have been renovated with new appliances and fixtures.

Beach chairs, outdoor shower (at beach cross-over) are available for your use.

NON-SHEDDING DOGS UNDER 20 LBS. ARE ALLOWED WITH OWNER APPROVAL. YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG.

It is our hope that you will feel as if you are visiting our home, because in a very real sense, you are.

We were traveling as a couple, but this villa seems very family-friendly. There were many families with children staying nearby. There is a large, grassy common area where lots of children were playing together.

Great Location

My 2nd stay on the island at opposite sides, this one is much closer to the beach. Very quiet in the offseason, deer are in the courtyard day & night. I walked around at night with no one else around, I loved it. The gift shops, food court, pools, arcade and gym is next door. I'm planning my return to the island next year.

Peaceful Getaway

We wanted a peaceful getaway for our 32nd anniversary. This place was it! It was very clean with nice updates and had everything we needed. We ordered our meals from the local restaurants and ate on the patio each night while listening to the birds sing and watching the deer. On Sunday before checkout, we enjoyed church on the beach. The owners were very personable as well! We hope to come back again!

Lovely, Comfortable, Restorative Space

My daughter and I needed a getaway to the beach before jumping back into another school year. We could not have chosen a better space. The condo was easy to access and centrally located, clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything needed for a beach vacation. I love to cook, and the kitchen contained everything I needed for the fresh local seafood we prepared. We enjoyed a night turtle walk, yoga on the beach under a full moon, biking, swimming, sunrises and sunsets. Lovely, relaxing and restorative. Perfect.

Beach condo

This condo is a short walk (across the parking lot) to the beach club complex- the food court, the olympic pool, the adult pool. It has direct beach access. The condo itself is clean and convenient.

Another great visit

This was our second time to stay in this property, and we enjoyed ourselves again. Great location and amenities! Could probably stand to have a real deep clean at this point, but the property is overall still in great shape. Thank you for letting us stay again!

Great Spot!

Fantastic condo steps from beach. Have stayed on this "campus" before. Can't beat the location. Fitness Center was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Relaxing stay

We have stayed at this condo twice. It is nicely furnished and has everything one needs for a vacation. It is a short walk to the beach. Overall, we think the maintenance and groundskeeping at Fripp must have been hit hard by Covid. The grounds are not as lush and well kept as with our previous stay. That is not the fault of the condo owner. Nice place, nice stay.

Wonderful condo-has it all!

It was a great condo, enjoyed the nice breezes right off the ocean. Great courtyard area for kids to play or walk your dogs. Beach was a very short walk with a outdoor shower right off the beach to wash that sand away. Location was incredible, right next to beach club, adult and other pool. This condo comes with activity cards so you can go to the pools, restaurants, book excursions etc., that is a huge plus! It is on the ground floor so great to walk right out onto patio. My pups enjoyed it too! Beautifully decorated, comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen.

Lovely Villa

We enjoyed our stay in this property so much! It was clean and well-maintained both inside and out. The location is very convenient to the beach (3-min walk out of the back door), one of the pools (2-min walk out of the front door), and the food court (located adjacent to the pool). There are several other pools and small restaurants around the island, most of which we visited, and we rented a golf cart to get to them easily. There are a couple of small markets for picking up snacky items, but plan to go off the island for a big grocery run. As far as the property itself goes, I wouldn’t change anything (well, aside from maybe adding a mattress pad and a round pan for baking pizzas). Everything we needed or wanted out of a rental was provided and in great shape. We stayed for an entire week and had a wonderful time across the board (small dog included)!
