Included with your rental are six (6) guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Each guest card allows access for one (1) guest over the age of 3. Daily/non-transferable fee for rental guest per person per day. Children under 3 are free.

2. This property shares a driveway with the neighboring property; typical easement scenario for Tahoe Donner. Renters are only to park in front of the garage, or in the garage. 2-3 vehicles max. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. A 4WD is highly recommended in winter months.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
