Each bedroom comes with its own TV, and with multiple Jack n’ Jill bathrooms, the layout is perfect for large groups.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Overall great stay

The overall house was beautiful. And our stay was wonderful. The neighborhood is very loud which actually didn’t bother us but may bother other people . The pots n pan are terrible we actually had to buy a couple. Also make sure u take washcloths. But like I said overal it was wonderful.

The space was good however the carpet was dirty, one of the game tables was damaged. The trashbags were think and easily ripped and the trash people never passed by to pick up the daily trash.

It was a great stay. But don't block side walk where people has to walk thur. You will get 25dollar bocking sidewalk. If you have long vehicle like My f250 nose all the way up to garage door

Horrible experience

Unfortunately my experience was horrible. The carpet was nasty, the toilets were backed up for most of our stay, the parking was limited, when we were unloading the vehicle one of the guards told us that we needed to hurry up or we would receive a ticket. The security guard encouraged us to park at a 711 gas station and have someone to pick us up. I willNever book this property again.

Disney Vacation 2023

To begin the entrance code we were given did not work. I contacted VRBO and someone got back to me with a new one that one worked. Then we noticed the pool was green . I contacted VRBO again . I was told they would come shortly. They did not show up until the next day . It was fixed and someone came back the next day to check on it . All in all our trip was great ! We loved the house . I would rent from VRBO again .

Unexpected Inconviences for a home with alot of potential

My friends and I stayed in this property for a week. The communication with the property manager haulted after payment and we were not given the correct information on how to access the wifi until Day 3. Also, the washer was broke the whole time staying so we had to wash clothes in our bath tubs and use the dryer. As for living space and rooms it was nice. some stains throughout the house but nothing too dirty. A plus on two fridges and two dishwashers but the kitchen utensils were rather cheap. Overall the house served its purpose but some of the inconviences made our trip tougher than we liked.

Extremely unsatisfied

Our pool only worked for a few days and I was misinformed multiple times about when it would be fixed, I was refused a partial refund even though we couldn’t use the pool. Also we were told we could do late check out and the cleaners came to the house and didn’t speak English and started cleaning the house hours before we were supposed to leave rushing us out

Just on our way home from a fantastic stay at this villa. Couldn't find a fault if we tried. So much space for our group of 19, rooms were beautiful, beds were so so comfortable. Pool area was great. Only thing I would suggest is to be extremely careful with your car parking as we got fines for parking slightly on the sidewalk.

DON'T STAY HERE

Very disappointed with several aspects of this property. Primarily, they refused to refund back days that we were unable to use the property due to Hurricane Ian. The property was dirty and poorly maintained. Several of the appliances were not working properly. We had to contact the management to come spray for roaches and bugs. I will say the beds were comfy, but that is about all I can say positively about the location

Lovely villa

The villa was lovely a little dirty and dusty to start with and a few issues with getting locked out of the villa complex when the barriers were down We were there for 3 weeks and it was only the last 3 days they had security on the gate There was also an issue with the pool pump not working properly so we never used the pool for the last two weeks. But overall the villa was massive and the 9 of us had a great time

House was great, poor communication

This property is leased by a rental company. It was clean and ready for us, but they failed to inform us that the washing machine was not working. We packed only a few changes of clothes, relying on the fact that we could wash half way through out trip. We only found out the washer didn't work when I ran a load and an hour later a technician showed up. We were surprised and had no idea he was coming. When I reached out to the rental company no one responded to any of my messages. There were several broken items around the house but nothing major that made it non functional, just not friendly for small children.

House

The house was really nice! There where some things we found right away broken and the cleaning of the house was not all the way done! We had issues with the pool that was taken care of within 24 hours so that was a plus! The broken bed was also taken care of in a timely manner! The washing machine was not taken care of during our stay which would have been very helpful to have. Over all it was a great experience.

House Review

House was very roomy and plenty of space for my family. Great location and easy access to stores and Disney. Just remember to bring your own towels and toiletries because they are not any. But other than that I liked the house.

Loved and frustrated

First of all I really loved this house The property was Large and wonderful for our family vacation, but there were a few things that were not up to the standards of such a great home. 1st The pots and pans are not only awful but dangerous, and there are no pot holders. (when you are flying in to have a vacation there is no room to pack your own. I recommend the property owner invest in pans that work and pot holders. they can take inventory of what they have and the condition after every renter leaves so if something is missing or ruined it can be charged to their card or reported to their insurance so you can replace them. pot holders are not expensive and would have prevented me from getting burned on a pot with no protective handle. I love the 2 fridges and the 2 dishwashers could have used some regular glasses. we bought our own towels and clothes and dish soap not to mention hand soap and laundry soap we left what wasn't used for next guest but not sure if the cleaning crew took them out. I'm not sure why the don't provide pool towels as they can also be inventoried. So we bought towels for everyone who was at the house with us. The theater up stairs wasn't connected to anything we moved the Blu-ray player to the back of the couch and downloaded movies from our phones, but there were no speakers thank goodness I brought my Bluetooth speaker as it worked great. We had to have special cord to hook up but my husband is great at technology and takes a supply of various cords everywhere so we got things to work. I was just very disappointed in that. There is no broom in the house so we bought a Swiffer and brought it home. there was also no mop so again Swiffer. one night there was a party a street over and my son went and told them to turn it down or he'd call the police it was 1:00am. But I must say we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again, they just need to be more prepared for their guests. oh and the water is nasty need to buy water to drink.

Great place

The check in process was dumb. They ran out of parking passes so we would have to have them look at the cars or our faces to let us through the gate. Then there was no information about the extra car we had. One of our couples got a ticket when we woke up the first morning because he was parked in the driveway but on the side walk part, come to find out “overflow” parking was down the street. That’s inconvenient being people have to either drop them off to their car or them walking down the street to the car. Hoping no one breaking into cars or anything. Other than that the place was great. It is as advertised.

Great Hone!

This property was really nice and the price was great! The parking was the only downfall is you have more than 2 cars as we did. There is no parking on the street but there was additional parking at a 3 min walk away. But other than that you won’t be disappointed.

Family and friends trip 2021

We picked this house because of the size. It had enough rooms for our group. That didnt disappoint. We all were able to have our own space. The private pool was nice although at check in it was dirty. We called and they came out the next day to clean it. One major issue was at check in the wifi was down so we were unable to watch the TVs. They did send someone out the next day to fix it and we were all set. Over all it was a nice stay. I will say it was unlike any vrbo rental I have rented in the past. When they say a starter supply of stuff they mean it. There was only 1 used roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 trash bag that was in the trash can, no laundry soap, no dishwasher tabs or dish soap. If you rent plan on going to the store for all of these things.

VERY Unhappy

First we come in about 5 pm Sunday there was know one in the guard shack to give us the rules about parking and our parking passes. With that said we were there since Sunday and my cousin who is a disabled veteran got his truck towed on Wednesday that cost us a $125 dollars., My daughter got a $25 dollar parking ticket that Monday with no warning.. I thank this place is a rip-off , at least they could’ve knocked on the door and gave us a warning. This is the first time I experienced anything like this since I have been coming to Florida. Me and my family pay good money for 7 days to go through unnecessary expenses.
