Stay in your own private house with unbelievable mountain views and fun amenities for the family. Bocce Ball, Ping Pong, Darts, and board games all available for you to relax after a day of wine tasting. Enjoy the private 4 person hottub or walk up the hill to visit our farm animals. We are right over the hill from some of the best vineyards in the valley: Brickbarn, Dierberg Star Lane, Melville, Foley, Alma Rosa, etc. We are also close to Industrial Eats, Firestone, The Hitching Post, and The Tavern at Zaca Creek.

Peaceful and family friendly

This place was super cozy, very geared towards a family get away. Loved all the options for family funa nd entertainment. Wonderful views, peaceful environment. Cute, cozy place. Clean and comfy.

An excellent experience

Beautiful, quiet peoperty with gorgeous views that are even better than the pictures. Clean house with nicely redone bathrooms, tidy and stylish bedrooms, and a great kitchen with newer appliances. The owner, Cate, is very responsive, kind, and helpful, and was very accommodating. My husband and I were looking for a quiet and peaceful new years getaway, and that's exactly what we got at this property. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great for kids

We recently stayed at the house. It was lovely and perfect for our family of 5. The small bedroom/closet with a window off the primary bedroom is great for a baby or toddler. It has a low daybed. Our 9 yo, 7 yo, and 3 yo loved the game room in the converted garage. The backyard was beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was very clean.

Nice little house

The house was nice and clean! The beds were very comfortable. And we liked the garage with all the amenities, but just wish we had more time to stay since we were there for a wedding. Thank you!

Great house with a beautiful view!

We had such a fun Easter weekend at Catherine’s rental. The house was very clean and stocked with a lot of fun games and activities for the kids. We loved exploring the property during our epic Easter egg hunt, meeting the llama who lives next door and soaking in the hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Spectacular Getaway

The property is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The proximity to restaurants and wineries is perfect. The host gave us fresh eggs for breakfast and were so responsive. We will absolutely come back amd stay again! We all had a great time!!

Fantastic views

This was a perfect location for us as we were in the area to attend the wedding. Property owners very responsive and hooked up portable A/C right away upon request. We were busy attending wedding festivities so did not get a chance to use all the amenities. Fantastic views, peace and quiet getaway.

We loved this property!!! This was the perfect location for us to stay in for a friend’s wedding in Los Olivos. It was so cute and I wish I could’ve stayed longer! Even better than expected, pictures don’t do it justice.

Fantastic Property

We had an amazing time! First of all, the house was super clean. The location is wonderful - you have a view of rolling hills in front of you with a ton of birds to watch. It is quiet and peaceful. There were so many games to play, which was great for our high energy 8-year-old. The new hot tub was a huge plus too. We visited the farm animals that they have on the property numerous time, which added to the whole trip. The fresh chicken eggs were delicious too. Thanks Ryan and Cate for the wonderful stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic view and wonderful hosts

The property was amazing. They gave us fresh eggs from the farm, had games to play, and a new hot tub. They were really nice and the view of the mountains was amazing. The bed was also very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Perfect getaway.

We loved our stay here during a holiday weekend. This home is in a beautiful location with amazing views. My 6 year old daughter enjoyed exploring the backyard and playing in the sand. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Stay

Had a great weekend at this home over NYE weekend. We were two couples and two 1 year olds. The house and amenities were great. I really like that the yard was fenced in for the little ones and we got to play ping pong in the garage. Having the side room off the main bedroom was great for a baby to sleep in. Kitchen had all necessary appliances and supplies. The bathrooms are nice. It's very private and quiet, only 5+ minutes to the main road.

Lovely wine country stay

We (my husband and parents) had a wonderful time at this beautiful home and property! The property and views are amazing and the house perfect for 2 couples. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice dinner and we enjoyed the games and movies. We loved how out in nature we felt but only a 10 min drive or less to Solvang and the wineries. Cannot wait to come back!

Great place to stay

What a great place to stay. The area is beautiful and we found hiking, shopping and wine tasting in the area. The house was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend this home!
