Esta es una extensión atractiva de la casa de huéspedes de estilo mediterráneo, con hermosa piscina y spa en el suelo, techo de tejas rojas.
Se encuentra en cinco acres, a pocos pasos del pequeño pueblo de Santa Ynez con sus cafeterías y restaurantes.
Es totalmente privado con su propio camino de entrada y entrada.
Un retiro tranquilo con hermosas vistas y un arroyo natural de temporada en la parte inferior de la propiedad, con muchas actividades cercanas.

Acceso gratuito a Internet de alta velocidad. Televisores de pantalla plana en los dos dormitorios y salón, una sala de lavandería y cocina bien equipada. Esto no está en un rancho a menudo a muchas millas de las tiendas y servicios de Santa Ynez y Solvang.

Great Hosts

Colin and Rosi were great hosts and very warm and friendly with us in our four day stay. Everything was perfect for us with a wonderful pool on five acres in beautiful Santa Ynez. Nice place for relaxing time

We really enjoyed hosting the Lofgren family coming all the way from Sweden. They were very friendly, and spent quite a bit of time in the pool. The weather was nice a warm and the nights are cool and refreshing. They were very neat and tidy and we can highly recommend them and hope that they will visit again.

Wonderful property

This was a great place to stay for our visit to Santa Ynez, and Colin and Rosi are wonderful hosts. It's convenient to everything in the area, and peaceful and comfortable. Great spot for morning walks into town and to come back to after a day exploring. We would definitely recommend it, and hope to come back for another visit ourselves.

We had a wonderful stay with Colin and Rosi. The house is cozy and met all of our expectations. Our hosts were gracious and helpful and were there for our many questions and with excellent recommendations for wineries and restaurants. The pool and spa were lovely.

Great friendly hosts & clean spacious house

Colin & Rosi are friendly, helpful hosts! The house & surrounding property are clean & spacious with everything that our family needed for our stay here, including comfortable beds, sofa, WiFi, fridge, stove, dishes, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine/dryer, swimming pool, jacuzzi, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay here in this nice, peaceful town.

Enjoyment in Santa Ynez

We enjoyed the beautiful setting in Santa Ynez as well as the roominess, convenience and comfort of our rental. We had everything we needed. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating and did everything for us to enjoy our stay. The pool was very refreshing and enjoyable on the warm days. Highly recommended.

Great property for exploring Santa Ynez Valley

Greeted by warm and friendly hosts upon arrival. Everything was as described. Location is great with Santa Ynez, Solvang and Los Olivos all a short drive away. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics and the beds and sofa were super comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub as well. Would stay again and recommend. Thanks!

Fantastic Stay

Colin and Rosi were excellent hosts! The guest house was perfect for our New Years stay and were able to bring our 2 pups. The house was centrally located to wineries and Solvang. We will definitely be going back when it’s warmer so we can use the pool and spa!

Perfect pool getaway

Hosts were lovely, the accommodations are as described, the pool is absolutely fantastic. We wanted a simple vacation -- a house with a pool so we could relax and the kids could splash around all day. This was perfect.

Favorite Getaway

This is our 3rd year staying at Colin and Rosi's home and we just love it. They are great hosts and offer a great, clean and comfortable place to stay. They have everything you need in their home. Their property is quiet and dog friendly. We hope to go there again next year.

A perfect oasis

We travel with our two Great Dane boys Doc and Wyatt and it’s not always easy finding a place that allows them. We visit my mother in law once a year in solvang so this was a perfect spot in between! Perfect location

We’ve stayed in the Santa Ynez Valley several times. Cooper’s Creek is in a great location and the hosts, Colin and Rosi, are lovely and welcoming. We love the people, the weather, the facilities. We have lived in many parts of the world and Santa Ynez is one of the very best. We have been in the valley for over 20 years. It is also warmer and drier here than at the California coast.
