Beautiful Lake Havasu Pool Home in quiet neighborhood w/ Mountain & Lake VIEWS!

Come relax and enjoy this great South Side location Lake Havasu home in a QUIET neighborhood with AMAZING views of the mountains & lake!

Backyard is your own personal paradise with Pebble Tech pool, margarita table and Spa, large covered patio and exterior TV, also a BBQ grill for your convenience.

Home is tastefully decorated, split floor plan, Master Bedroom has a separate patio door entrance to the pool, two additional bedrooms on the other side of the house. Master and one additional bedroom have Smart TVs. Wi-Fi connected in the home.

Large kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room has BIG windows showing off the amazing views. There is an additional standing bar between the dining & living room. Plenty of room to relax in the living room with 2 large comfy couches with reclining chairs.

POOL & SPA INFO: During cooler months only the spa is available to heat, there is an additional fee to cover the cost of the propane - $50/day. During warmer months the pool is also available to heat - cost will be determined at time of booking.

Garage is NOT available for use

Security devices are installed on the exterior, including a ring doorbell at the front door and camera on the back of the property.

Must be at least 25 years of age to rent and the maximum number of guests is 6. Please specify number of guests at time of booking to avoid extra charges.

Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed.

Amazing property

This property is an A. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Everything we needed was there, from toiletries to kitchen appliances and gadgets. The outdoor area was stunning!

Winter getaway

We were in LHC for 3 nights. The house was great! It was clean, beautiful, well stocked and relaxing! Lisa was quick to answer the few questions we had. We would highly recommend renting this home!

Wonderful home.

A beautifully maintained home and an incredibly responsive host. Of particular note, this is the first host I’ve had in a while that has stocked the house with adequate amenities such as toilet paper and dish soap for our stay. It was nice not to have to bring our own and made the trip a little extra pleasurable. There were also ample towels - another item that seems to be limited on occasion.

August 2024 Havasu Stay

The property was clean and well appointed. There were clear instructions on how to operate all amenities. Included all essentials (towels, blankets, kitchen appliances, fast internet, etc.). Host was very quick to respond to requests. Overall very enjoyable stay. If I ever go back to Lake Havasu AZ, this will be at the top of my list of places to stay!

This property was simply awesome! The home and pool area are top notch! The views are nice too! :) Lisa, the host was incredibly responsive and great to work with when we had questions. Will positively be back and can't to visit again! Highly recommend this property!

Awesome home

This home was perfect. Very clean. Stocked with TP and Paper Towels other little things we didn’t need to grab. The pool was Wonderful my main reason for booking. And I’m a curly girl 2 hairdryers with diffuser's! Any way we would definitely stay again! Lisa is a great host to!

Dream house

The entire house is clean, nice and cool decor throughout, the back yard, pool and hot tub with a waterfall are amazing! The pool is a good size to swim and not too shallow like some. Lisa was very quick to respond and very helpful, even on Easter ! Cant wait to go back, thank you, The Sullivan's

Beautiful and quiet

This home is clean and taken care of! We felt very comfortable here. It was close to SARA park which is the best hiking area near lake havasu. Lovey place!

Fabulous Havasu Home!

This was a such beautiful place to stay and everything was truly amazing! The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool was perfect and larger than expected, and the location was great. Thank you Lisa for being such a fantastic host!! We'll definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay - everything as advertised

Excellent - really enjoyed all the amenities of the property. Very clean. Pool was very nice, the outside space was fantastic. It was very hot some days during our stay. Relaxing in and around the pool was so refreshing from the heat. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments etc... I would highly recommend this property.

July 9th Experience

Nice home but our check out experience turns me off! The owner left me a NASTY INSULTING MESSAGE saying the house cleaner told her we left the kitchen a MESS which is far from the truth! When we checked in we noticed the Showers were not cleaned properly and still had used soap bars in them with hair all over the shower walls amd floor. Also failed to realize that there was food and opened beverages left in a almost full refrigerator. All those things we ignored and wasn't gonna make a big deal about, but after being messaged disrespectfully well, now I want to speak up! Overall, house is nice, backyard amazing. Beautiful pool, non working jacuzzi and the home is VERY far from the lake. If ypu rent this home, take pictures before you check out because the lazy house cleaners will lie and say you left it messy!

Great 30-day Getaway

This vacation home rental in Lake Havasu City was beautiful and Lake Havasu City offered plenty to do. But by far the most impressive element of this rental was the owner/manager, Lisa; she was friendly, helpful, and quickly responsive to any issues or concerns we had during our 30-day stay. We surely hope to return!
