Our designer-decorated two-bedroom, two-bath + den direct Gulf front condo is in a small 12-unit complex - no crowds, just a quiet, peaceful beach with sea oats, dolphins, terns, gulls, pelicans shorebirds, sometimes a few old-time fishing boats, and even a few rare shorebirds such as American Oyster Catchers or Black Skimmers.

When you take a break from the beach, you can appreciate the spacious living room and newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops. Or cozy up with a book next to the fireplace in the den.

The two master bedroom suites, each with a dressing area, bathroom, and street-side balcony, are the perfect place to rest after a long day in the sun. Both bedrooms have striking white plantation shutters and luxury vinyl plank flooring.

The master bedroom, with a King-size bed, and also has two dressers and a fully supplied desk and printer for your computer.

The second bedroom suite has two twin beds with coastal blue and white quilts and beach-style white furniture.

The lovely den has a new queen-size sleep sofa, a comfortable armchair, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV on the wall.

Professional linen service provides the bed and bath linens as well as beach towels. There are ceiling fans in every room, including the bathroom dressing areas, and also 2 ceiling fans on the lanai.

Max 2 Vehicles allowed onsite. One assigned parking Space. Additional parking on first come basis.
