¡Nuestra casa frente al mar está lista para usted!

Esta es la vista de Florida con la que has estado soñando ...
Vivienda unifamiliar situada al final de un canal natural con vistas al agua. ¡Siéntese afuera, pesque en nuestro muelle, saque los kayaks o simplemente camine los pasos que cruzan la calle hacia la playa!

Si tiene un bote, ¡puede atracarlo justo afuera de la casa! El acceso privado de la rampa del barco del vecindario seis casas a la izquierda. Espacio para remolque de barco en nuestro camino de entrada. Nuestro muelle puede acomodar un barco con una viga de 9 pies, 26 pies de LOA.

Embárcate en tu propio bote y estarás a 1/4 de milla de la pesca en las planicies de hierba, a 20 minutos del extremo norte de la isla Anna Maria (Bean Point) y desde allí, a 3 millas del primer arrecife.

Tenemos varios kayaks oceánicos para su disfrute. Lanza desde nuestro muelle y ve a los manatíes justo afuera. Nuestro vecindario tiene una rampa para botes privada de aproximadamente seis casas a la derecha de la vista del agua.

Vivimos en las cercanías de Tampa, Florida, y nos complace asegurarnos de que disfrute de nuestro paraíso tanto como nosotros. Háganos saber si necesita información sobre puntos de interés locales, instrucciones con el hogar o si hay algo que hemos pasado por alto para que su estadía sea agradable.

Nuestro vecindario es muy tranquilo con muchos residentes permanentes. Encontrarás paz y tranquilidad por las tardes. Dos iglesias (católica y episcopal) están a poca distancia a pie.

¡El acceso a la playa está a solo 300 pasos! Nuestra casa se encuentra en una de las partes más estrechas de la isla, por lo que el Golfo y la Bahía están muy juntos.

Está ubicado muy cerca de Manatee Avenue y Gulf Drive. Muy cerca del supermercado Publix, tiendas de playa y restaurantes.
Hay carriles para bicicletas disponibles en la isla.

Recogida gratuita de carros a 50 yardas de nuestra casa.

Se suministran sillas de playa, vagones y toallas de playa. Se proporcionan lavavajillas y detergentes para la ropa.

Hay una cámara montada en el exterior de la casa frente al canal. La cámara tiene el único propósito de monitorear el canal y nuestro barco. Si el inquilino lo desea, la cámara se puede desactivar durante la duración de la estadía.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was immaculately clean with a spacious living area and lovely comfortable bedrooms with modern bathrooms. We also appreciated the view of the bay. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to returning!

Stayed at Oliver’s place 3 or 4 times now. Can’t say enough good things about the gouse and the host. Oliver welcomed us in person and made sure we got settled. Clean, well apportioned with a great waterfront location where wildlife abounds and the views are great. Kayaks are available for guests to use and we did. What fun! Thank, Oliver for hosting us for a great vacation once again. Burt and Liz

Really enjoyed our stay. The owners are very pleasant and the home is very accommodating. The view is great! The beach and shopping centers are close by. Location is good for day trips to other areas. Would definitely return!

We could not have asked for a better person ro rent from than Oliver. He truly took care of us this week. He has such a amazing place to stay, so if you are looking to stay on AMI look here. You wont be disappointed.

Highly recommend! Had a great stay!

We had a lovely stay. It’s a well furnished home sited on the water at the edge of a canal. It’s also just a few steps to a gorgeous beach with amazing sunset views. It’s very well equipped. The owner has thought of everything. The two decks overlooking the water offer a great spot to read, sun and have a toast.

The house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location!! The house is on a canal and a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and grocery store close by! Oliver was wonderful to work with and checked in on us via text. I highly recommend this home and we will be back!

Great as always!

We have stayed here multiple times in the last several years. It is a top notched property in a quiet neighborhood with a nice view of canal. Owner is very responsive and checks in to make sure everything is ok. Hope to return next year.

Great Property

Great location, close to the beach, centrally located on the island. Nice, clean modern interior, very comfortable-everything you need for your beach visit. The location with the boat dock was a bonus, allowing my nephew to bring his boat down from Tampa for the day. Oliver was very considerate, checking in with us to insure all was well. Overall , I’d highly recommend this home and location.

Island Paradise, dock your boat in the back yard and fish everyday!

Annie and Oliver were the perfect host. Very spacious rooms and a beautiful kitchen with an amazing view. A family of manatees visited the dock almost every night. Having a place with a dock for our boat made it easy to fish everyday! Very relaxing getaway. Thank you!

Beautiful Getaway

This is a beautiful property, and we had the most amazing time here! Oliver, the owner, went out of his way during the duration of our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. He was super responsive to our questions as well. The house itself is WONDERFUL. Super clean and plenty of space for our family, and it included so many extras -- beach chairs, umbrellas, nets and even kayaks! The house was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing week. Being on the channel was so beautiful and the beach is literally steps away! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing stay on Holmes Beach!

Most pleasant property!

Enjoyed our week stay. The house did not disappoint us -- it is clean, well furnished, with a kitchen that has everything you can think of; the refrigerator and dishwasher are brand new. The pictures are accurate; the house is lovely. The owners are very reachable and accommodating. Loved the deck overlooking the canal especially for birdwatching; favorite being the osprey eating a fish which we saw several times. The neighborhood is quiet and great for dog walking. For restaurants, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Waterfront Restaurant on Bay Boulevard and lunch at the Crab & Fin at St. Armand's Circle on Lido Key. Hoping to return next winter.

So relaxing!

We loved this property. The photos depict it very accurately. It has a wonderful view of the canal from the deck and the main living area. The house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had everything you could need, there were beach chairs, beach wagon, kayaks and more in the garage. It's just a very, very short walk to the beach through a peaceful neighborhood. We were particularly happy that the owners allowed us to bring our dog along. She enjoyed it as much as we did! Oliver was very easy to work with. We would most definitely recommend this house. No complaints at all!

Great view

We just returned from a 2 week stay. The house is just as advertised. Oliver is very easy to work with, attentive and even checked in by text message during the vacation to make sure everything was satisfactory. The house is very clean and this is something I always look for in reviews. The kitchen appliances, TV and washer and dryer are pretty new and all worked well. The beds are very firm and not quite to our comfort level but others might appreciate that. My favorite thing about the house is the deck and the view. Comfortable Rocking chair furniture on the deck with the view as pictured looking down the canal to open water. We also appreciated how quiet it was despite other rental properties on the canal. The kayaks are very nice to have and we enjoyed taking them out.

Piece/Peace of Heaven!

This property has everything you know you want, and will surprise you with the things you hadn't thought of! First: the house -it's beautiful with (literally) everything you need. Immaculate! Second: the porch and dock - it was hard to peel ourselves away for the short walk to the beach (and we're beach people!). From watching the abundant manatees, to taking in the beautiful vista from the perfect outdoor furnishings, to kayaking around the inlet - it was a slice of paradise. The house is one block to the most beautiful, wide beach with crystal clear aqua water. It is also an easy bike ride or golf cart trip into the more bustling pace of the Anna Maria downtown. This house had everything we wanted and more - with the additional bonus of a super-responsive and accommodating owner who was just a short text or call away if we needed him. Our only regret is not coming sooner - and if we're lucky enough to come back to Anna Maria, we know exactly where we're staying. We wouldn't even dream of another place!
