This place is amazing, everything stocked, bed is comfy and you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun set. The beach is a short walk away. This is the perfect warm weather getaway for a couple. Also, the pool is heated (which we ended up using just about every day. Parking is included with your stay. I totally recommend this place if you’re heading to Marco Island. And your host is very friendly and responds quickly. We will return

The condo was spotless and exactly as pictured. Denice was easily reachable if needed. The location was perfect to access to walk to the beach and restaurants. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs, cart, cooler, umbrella, and towels. Everything was within easy driving distance. The patio is a great place to relax. Two High table chairs and 2 rockers. The amenities were top notch within the condo. The grounds are immaculate as well. Each condo has its assigned parking spot. Lots of crosswalks to assist in getting across to the beach. Our favorites were Italian Market and Deli, Island Hideout, Doreen’s ( lots of food), and Hoots. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place to stay

This place is beautiful and such a great location. Everything we needed was right there. We packed in so many activities during our stay. Historical Museum, manatee tour,fishing ,boating, beach time, Botanical Gardens, great restaurants, and shelling. We needed a great place to relax at the end of the day, and it was perfection! beautifully decorated and stocked with all the necessities.

Very Pleasant Condo

The condo was very clean when we arrived. The living room furniture and bed are comfortable. The condo is very close to the beach access. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a nice cart are provided to take to the beach. I appreciate the extras of having a night light in the bathroom and a mirror and second TV in the bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped to make meals. there. Denise is easy to communicate with and answers inquiries quickly.

Spacious condo for 2

Condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. Highlights included covered balcony with a view of the gulf, reclining seating in living area, extremely comfortable king sized bed, ice maker with filtered water, 5 min walk to the beach… I could go on and on. This place is a gem with a super host!

Loved the place....again

I stayed at the property to attend a conference. The condo was beautiful and had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. The place was quiet and I felt very safe. Beautiful Condo, great host.

Location, Location, right across entrance to the Beach, short walk. The condo has all you need, clean with very comfortable furniture and Bed. Denise is a great host, communication and information is perfect. We will be back.

Pleasantly Surprised!

We’ve been going to Naples, Vanderbilt Beach for the last 10 years. After Ian and new construction in the area, we thought we’d try Marco Island. Fortunately, we booked CasadeKrier! It’s everything described and more! Beautifully and comfortably decorated! Private balcony with beautiful view. Quick and easy 5 minute walk to a massive beach! Many restaurants within walking distance, including JW Marriott’s Kane’s beachfront bar. We also, enjoyed the ice maker and filtered water, as Florida can have some sulfur tasting water. I waited to post my review until after we booked for next year. This property is a gem!!

Christmas at the Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed this very comfortable, clean, and convenient condo. Everything is as pictured and we were even able to cook a Christmas dinner there. Would love to come again.

Loved the condo. It is clean, decorated beautifully, and had all the necessary amenities plus extras. The location was great for me attending the conference at the Marriott and beach access is just across the street.

Here at San Marco Residences you will never pay additional fees for parking, WiFi or cable television. You can quite literally park your car and walk to the beach, restaurants and entertainment, you can also have bicycles delivered from Island Bike Shop phone #239-394-8400 for the length of your stay. Many of the Island restaurants working in conjunction with several transportation services offer complimentary transportation to and from their establishments.
We are conveniently located across the street from newly renovated JW Marriott boasting world-class amenities and Spa services as well as fine dining and entertainment.
A nice bike ride or walk to Caxambas Park on the southern end of the Island will afford you hours of boat watching, fishing and of course the occasional Dolphin sighting.
