Beautiful updated 1 bedroom condo located upstairs right on the Intracoastal! Great views from inside the unit! You can watch super yachts and boats go by while having your morning coffee, or while eating dinner! Wi-fi included. Direct TV on both TV’s (living room and bedroom) There are laundry facilities on site as well. Heated pool and several propane BBQ’s on site. Beach is a very short 5 min walk. We have beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs for you to use as well. Several great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping are just a few blocks away. Reserved parking spot.
Manager on-site who is fluent in English and French languages.

Cozy and reasonably comfortable.Great location and outdoor space on the intracoastal waterway. Spent many evenings overlooking the water with lots of comfortable seating. Walking distance to beach and pier.Great restaurants in the immediate area.

We have stayed at this property on several occasions and have always enjoyed ourselves. They have since renovated the pool area and it’s a really nice improvement. The property is well maintained and located within walking distance to the beach, local restaurants and local grocery stores.

The condo is exactly as pictured with excellent views of the canal and sunset. The condo is clean and comfortable with everything you need. Location is great- very quiet and convenient to activities and restaurants. Check in/out very easy and owner very responsive. We highly recommend.

The condo on the intercoastal was exactly as we expected. The communication with our host was great. Entry was easy. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view out the front window was just as pictured on VRBO. It was very quiet at night. We had no problems sleeping. Noise from the pool does carry a bit but everyone was respectful. Smoking is allowed on the premises which did impact us some since we are non-smokers. We enjoyed watching the boats go by as we took in the warm January sun.There is a coin operated washer and dryer on the premises. Longer stays might require some extra towels. As advertised the walk to the beach is only 5 minutes. Restaurants and our favorite coffee shop was a 10 minutes walk.

Little gem

Perfect location to watch the boats go by and walk to the beach. Condo complex is small and all guests were friendly. Unit had everything we needed and hosts were very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Love the boats going by …

This vacation was the best. The condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and sunny with views of the water right outside our window. The pool is beautiful and the people we met were friendly . You can walk to the beach and the pier, and shops and fun places for lunch or dinner. Brian, our host, was a joy to work with. He checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. We are hoping to come back to this same condo again. We’re looking forward to our next vacation at Aloha. Valerie & Denny

A Wonderful Stay!

This was our first time renting a private condo and our experience was excellent. The condo was updated and very well equipped. The view of the intracoastal waterway, warm pool, gas grills, and lawn furniture made each day a pleasure. Short walk to the beach and restaurants made daily exercise a breeze. The owner made contact making sure that our needs were met. We definitely recommend this property.

I'm not a "review" guy...but so good...I've made an exception!

If you like watching lots of boats, water (Intracoastal and ocean), a heated pool, very comfortable and equipped 1 bedroom, great location-walking distance to really good restaurants, fun neighbors--- then this is the place for you. Very responsive host. We booked again for next year. Enjoy!

Beautiful Condo and Location

We absolutely loved our stay here. The setting (on the intracoastal) is amazing and provides a constant source of entertainment watching the various boats go by. The condo itself is fantastic. It is modern and clean and so comfortable. It is also very well stocked--we had everything we needed and more. Brian is quick to respond to any messages and is terrific to worth with. We will be returning.

Wonderful Condo with Perfect Setting

Another wonderful stay here in Pompano Beach. This condo is well set-up, well kept up, comfortable and clean. Looks exactly like the photos on the listing (except maybe a little better!) Brian, the owner, is communicative and responsive to questions and genuinely wants his guests to enjoy their stay. Watching the boats go by on the intracoastal never ever gets old. We will be back.

Life on the Waterway

We had a totally enjoyable stay. The condo is great. Furnished with everything we needed. Brian kept in contact for any issues. There were none. Beautiful views of the Waterway along with a relaxing pool kept at just the right temperature.

Another Great Stay

This was our third year staying at this condo complex, and our second year in this unit. We absolutely love it, and have already booked for next year. Brian, the owner, is terrific at communicating and very responsive to texts--he even checks in every once in awhile just to make sure we're enjoying ourselves! We had everything we needed at our fingertips while in the unit, and enjoy the area which is within walking distance to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. Already looking forward to next year!

Awesome Place - Easy Access To Pompano Beach

I am so happy I booked this condo for my week stay in Pompano. The condo is fantastic- has everything you need to feel like you are at home. There were 2 issues upon arriving - however the host was more than accommodating and took care of them promptly. 5 star service for sure. Oh and the view is magical - the pool is warm and the backyard area was perfect for grilling, eating, swimming and just having a blast at the condo itself. It's a 5 min walk to Beach and 10 min walk to Pompano Peir. You do not need a car as everything is in walking distance. I will def be back - absolutely loved my stay.

wonderful view of inner coastal waterway

Very good location with nice common area where we would socialize with other guests. condo very nicely appointed and comfortable. pool was enjoyable as well. Walking distance to restaurants and Publix was 1 mile but we enjoyed our walks and didn’t have a car rental. just occasionally used an Uber to come back with groceries.

Perfect location and peaceful getaway

This condo was perfect for our much needed getaway. It's walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Great for a couple or a small family. You can relax in a chair and watch boats pass on the Intercoastal or take a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again and bring my kids next time.
