This property is a gem! We loved our stay and hated to leave! Everything about this property made for a wonderful Winter getaway for us. We hope to return again!

We’ve been vacationing in the Pompano/Fort Laudable area for last 7 to 8 years, twice a year. This has to be one of favorite places to stay, and look forward to coming back, if opportunity lines up again, we will gladly book it again!

Last minute plans!

We decided at the last minute to get away, and found this wonderful condo, with a beautiful view of the intercostal and some unbelievable million dollar homes. We felt like we were at home , and really didn’t want to leave. The condo inside has been renovated, and done very nicely. The kitchen is more than stocked, there were items for cooking we had no idea what they were for, lol. The only issue in the condo we had was in the kitchen, the sink faucet is loose, and getting worse. It was a joy to sit on the deck in the morning, and just take the day in, and , make our way to the pool. Then later, the use of the grills was very nice too, considering, we normally go out for dinner, but decided to just stay in and relax. The only real down fall,was Friday, was when the maintenance crew was working on the the fence that recently put around the pool. They were drilling holes into the metal/aluminum, bit failed to clean up all the shavings that were everywhere, not a good thing for bare feet around a pool,or windy days with it flying about, and leaving a part of a fence against the table chairs where we sat. Just poor workmanship, other wise it was a great stay, and hope we can get the chance to book it again, in the future!

Perfection

Very nice one bedroom apartment with perfect view of intercostal canal. Apartment was very well equipped with everything you needed in kitchen. It also had extra bath towels and sheets available at no extra cost. The view was spectacular and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on patio watching all the beautiful boats go by. The property manager was very responsive. We’re already talking about booking this place again for next year.

Views for days

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful condo with the best balcony views around! Inside the home has everything you need and the kitchen is full of options. I could sit on the balcony all day long and watch the boats go by….so much fun! We will re-book here in the future for sure. Thank you!!!

Beautiful Sunsets

We rented the apartment at the Cameron (14) from 5-23 June. We enjoyed the location and the wonderful views of the ICW. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you can imagine. The easy walks to the beach were great. One item that was upsetting - a constant smell of pot. It was quite strong if we left and came back a few hours later. The AC would do a fairly good job of clearing the smell.

Very nice small condo for 1 or 2 people.

Great views of the intercoastal waterway and sunsets. Walk to beach also along with restaurants and shops. Recommend.

You’ll love this place it’s the best

I would recommend this place to anyone, exceptionally clean, everything you need was there, also the views of the surroundings are amazing especially the deck with the high chairs and table watching the boats go bye gives you another reason to stay here. Furniture was bedding was very comfortable, had a great time.

Disappointed for this amount of money. Expectations not met.

Our experience with the VBRO organization altogether was very disappointing. The communication with VBRO and the location contact person was filled with threads of losing deposits, or penalty"s for anything you could think off. To be honest we left for our trip with a stone in our stomach. Fortunately everything went well and we had a sigh of relieve when we left the property. One of the reviews stated that the condo was stuffed with everything you wish. Our experience is that this is only valid for the kitchen. But when you stay 8 nights and only find 4 towels, it is poor. The towels we found in a dark closet where not clean. In the bedroom is was like X-mas. The lights from the Wifi and other devices kept you out of your sleep. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable. We liked to unpack, but discovered that all the closets were filled with stuff from the owner. We were told not to touch this. Therefore we left everything in our suitcases for the entire stay, afraid that a penalty would follow if we made some room for our stuff. On top of that we were requested to wash our laundry that we used during these 8 nights, to HELP THE CLEANING LADY. There was not even laundry detergent. We found a very old package which was so hard and old that you could not use it. Going to Pompano Beach means.......BEACH. There were not even beach chairs in the condo................ The only positive thing was the balcony/terrace, We saw all the boats come by and even spotted manatees and dolphins. We will not return to this property, although we have stayed in Pompano Beach many times. We left the property as we found it, but despite that we were very much afraid that we would not be given back our deposit. It took 17 days before we had it back in our bank account, which is ridiculous. When you give your guests so many instruction and fear of penalty of losing deposits, it is very unhospitable that there is no end inspection. We asked for this 2 times but there was no reaction. Never again.!

Excellent appartment close to beach and pier

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It has everything you need and the best part is the balcony with a full view on the inlet, where you can just sit down and enjoy a parade of boats, going from power boats till tow boats and everything in between. We also used the swimming pool with terrace every day. The ocean is just 5 minutes walking and the pier 10 minutes. We used the Publix upermarket, which is also only 1.2 mile away. For a good dinner we advise Trattoria Novella, just across the bridge. We would definitely stay again in this condo.

Exceed Expectation

The location and amenities provided by the property were way higher than expected. Although we didn't do much cooking, there was every kitchen utensil you could imagine to provide comfort. The wifi worked great and the TV/Roku was super easy to use. The balcony was clean, and the furniture/fan were awesome to lounge on and watch boats pass by.

Best Place We Have Ever Stayed

You have a ringside seat to a daily boat/yacht parade on the Intracoastal waterway. Don't underestimate that. The owner is smart enough to have a raised table with counter style chairs. No looking through the railing. Excellent lighting out there for the evenings as well. The condo was immaculate...including everything in the kitchen drawers. The kitchen has more cooking ware and cutlery than we've owned in our lifetime...and we're in our 60"s. Plenty of storage. A very comfortable bed. Only 21 units in the whole complex, so the pool and grounds aren't swamped with people. It is close to the beach. We bring our bicycles and ride to Ft Lauderdale and other places. 47 pictures on the listings shows that there is nothing to hide. Had to contact Sabrina one time and she responded in a timely fashion...and that was on a Saturday night. We have a lot of experience with VRBO's in various places. This was our favorite.

We really enjoyed staying in this Condo. It was very clean. The unit has a beautiful view of the intercoastal. Good location. Short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Great condo

Very clean property. Great location right on intracoastal and less than 5 minute walk to ocean. Lots of restaurants also in walking distance. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, blenders, and lots of other gadgets. Also had nice sharp knives that actually cut/work as opposed to may other vrbo’s we have stayed in. The front door lock needed to be replaced, no big deal things break. I bring it up because Sabrina was very easy to work with and had a repair man there very quickly to replace. We are looking forward to renting this property again.
