Good experience...

It was comfy, cozy and clean. The balcony was a nice, quiet place to listen to a very small waterfall from a creek. It was soothing, especially at night. The washer and dryer were good to have due to packing light for traveling. There are privately-owned units in the same building that apparently don't have the same rules as the Vrbo. Nothing extreme occurred, but there were some barking dogs and noisy people at times. It was all tolerable, though, for two of us 50-60 year-olds. :) The drive to the condo states 7 miles from town, but it took 23 minutes to complete. Of course, driving in at night made it SEEM like 20 miles up the mountain through the twisty-turnies. However, it seemed shorter as the week went on. There are several facilities available on the way back into Branson. Dollar General, a couple gas stations, a local bar etc. were good to have nearby. There's an overabundance of shows, restaurants and more in the city. Branson is somewhat spread out, and I would recommend leaving early for any entertainment. We did get a couple direction errors from Google Maps and cut it close (within minutes) getting to the "Legends" concert at the Dick Clark theater. If I were to be in the area again, I'd definitely rent the same condo.

Holiday hills

The place was very clean!! There is no view on the balcony in the summer. It was a wall of trees but the little babbling brook under all of that was nice and tranquil. The reservation for the place said a king and queen bed. There was two queens but they were comfortable at least. All and all it was a nice place, please update the bed situation on the site!!

We will definitely be back and definitely will stay here again. Loved the area and felt very at home! Loved being able to do quick load of laundry after having wet clothes from amusement park. Great driving distance to everywhere. Only downside was to me the TV programming was confusing. Our friends stayed a few condos up the hill and their experience was also great!We will be returning!

We like staying in the Holiday Hills condos because we like that it’s far enough away from the busy areas but close enough to anything we want to go to. We had a little trouble finding the unit, but when we drove a little further, we were able to find the drive it was on. Thank you for sharing the condo with us. It was just what we needed for a summer vacation.

Great patio view!

The property was clean, functional, and well stocked. Sitting on the patio felt like being in a tree house, it's very high. There was a stream below so the sound was very relaxing and the bird watching was great (thanks to a neighbor with bird feeders). Beds, bedding and Jacuzzi were nothing special but, again, everything was clean and functional.

This condo was close to the Branson Landing and the strip, but far enough away that it’s quiet and relaxing. A Beautiful location, comfortable beds, and everything impeccably clean. There was a problem with the hot water when we first arrived, but the hosts responded immediately on the first call, and it was taken care of in minutes (the breaker had been turned off). We had a great time in Branson and will definitely stay here next time we come.

Great Condo: Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable...We will be Back!

“Serenity Now” is very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you could need. We would 100% recommend a stay here. This is one of the nicest, best located, and most quiet places we have stayed at in Branson. This place looked just like the pics in the listing. The natural light from the windows made the place seem well lit and open. The place was very clean, with a modern look, vaulted ceilings, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Many of the appliances looked brand new! It is minutes away from a local supermarket as well as 10 minutes from the Branson Landing. Communication regarding location and door codes was outstanding. We felt very safe and secure since we had to pass through a check point with a security guard to gain access to the resort. This rental is an awesome value for the price, and we highly recommend this wonderful condo in the hills. We have stayed in many Branson condos over the years, and the amenities and small details make a difference. This condo included the little things that make a good place great, such as a fan for “white noise” at night, several umbrellas, and flat screen TV’s in the living area and each bedroom (the smart TV’s in the living area and second bedroom appeared to be new). The kitchen ware, such as plates and utensils, looked new. The coffee mugs not so much. A complimentary Keurig machine and Starbucks K-cups are provided (plus hot chocolate K-cups as well), and it outshines any standard coffee pot. It was so nice to enjoy a fresh cup of Starbucks while looking out over the Ozark hills. The beds are amazing! The mattress in the second bedroom appeared to be new. There is a hide-a-bed in the sofa in the living area with a memory foam mattress. It also appeared to be new, and felt so soft and comfortable, we considered sleeping on it instead of in the master bedroom. The bathrooms were very clean. We really appreciated the double sinks in the master bathroom. Some suggestions for improvement might be to include a portable cooler for guest use and to include some decaf coffee in addition to regular.
