This stunning 8,000 sq ft home Sleeps 26+ people and is perfect for family vacations or reunions, ladies' weekends, golf trips, executive retreats and fishing trips! This exquisite property includes a gourmet kitchen, 3 master suites, 4 additional bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 2 laundry rooms, 3 living/entertaining areas, a complete wet bar, and 82" movie theater room.
GAME ROOM: pool table, ping-pong table top, Golden Tee Pro Golf Arcade, foosball table, **Big Buck Hunter RELOADED, Bullshooter Electronic Darts, Head to Head Street Fighter, Infinity Game table, Shuffleboard table, Skee-ball game, PacMan arcade game, Jenga, poker table, and a beer pong table.

Amazing views from the huge wrap-around decks and has a private heated pool($50/day) with an outdoor kitchen.

The private dock also has a swim platform for those who want to relax lakeside.
With minimum of a king or queen bed in each bedroom, this house will accommodate multiple families, retreats, weddings, etc. It sleeps 26 in beds, but with all of the additional space, this house can easily accommodate 30+ people (we provide 5 queen air mattresses for larger groups).

This property was unreal. I hosted by sister's bachelorette party here and it couldn't have been more perfect. Everyone was so impressed by the house and there's so much to do there (game room, pool, hot tub, etc.) that we stayed there practically the whole weekend. Rent the wave runners if you can, they're worth it!

Our group was just amazed with all the amenities and spacious house. We spent the afternoon enjoying the pool and BBQ grill. We had planned this as a gentlemen's golf trip - couple of the men were already considering returning with family. The place worked out great.

10 years of renting from Anthony, and the entire experience from original booking, willingness and timely communication, and the accommodations was once again a wonderful experience. I had ZERO issues to address with Anthony before, during and after our stay. This property is everything it is described. At our max we had 35 family members and we never felt cramped for space.

Amazing location-lakefront no obstructions. Plenty of room to spread out so even large groups don’t feel crowded. Short distance of gravel to access but well maintained so approach is easy.(we were on motorcycles) We spent most of our time in and by the pool. The sound system (once you get the hang of it) was appreciated. The fridge by the pool is a small unit and did not stay cold. Considering the kitchen area is 2 floors above I would have liked to have had a full size fridge on the pool level. The grill and bar area needs a good cleaning as does most of the house. It’s an amazing property that needs some TLC. Was in contact with host several times during the stay. He was very responsive and accommodating

We couldn't have asked for a better place for our group! The home is even better than the photos: spacious, spotless, and incredibly well equipped. There was truly something for everyone, from the game room and theater to the pool, hot tub, and private dock. The kitchen made it easy to cook for a large group, and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The host was fantastic and very responsive throughout our stay. We made so many great memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

We stayed with our family of 16 people ranging in age from 5 to 95 and this place offers something for everyone. The spacious layout allows people to be assembled together when they want, and off on your own when quiet time is needed. The theater room was a hit. Bring your home videos or pictures to share memories across generations.The property management was responsive the few times we needed assistance and the check-in/out process was seamless. Food management was made easy with a full-service grocery store nearby and the commercial refrigerator space on-site. We had each family take responsibility for a dinner throughout the week which was fun and a practical way to share the cooking duties.We highly recommend this property for a family retreat.

Great place to stay. Our second time staying here. Lots to do for everyone and during the off season good luck finding another rental with a heated pool year round other than all of this host properties. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Our stay was fantastic from beginning to end. The home was clean, well-prepared, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was perfectly heated and enjoyed by all the kids. Communication with the owner was smooth, responsive, and easy throughout. Highly recommend!

This is absolutely not the experience we strive to provide and I completely understand your frustration when the A-coil froze up on 1 out of the 4 units in the house. We had previously addressed this issue and invested significantly in repairs, so when it reoccurred I was just as disappointed as you were. We take these situations very seriously and have since taken additional steps to make sure this doesn't happen again for future guests. We genuinely care about every guest's experience and always encourage guests to reach out directly during their stay so we can make things right in the moment. That offer still stands, but the refund doesn't — please don't hesitate to contact me directly if you're ever willing to give us another chance. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in February. The view is beautiful and the teenagers loved all the games - they were better than expected. Great movie room too. There was plenty to keep everyone busy and loads of room for others to hang out the enjoy time together indoors and outdoors.

We had 27 Family Members at the Lake 6-1 / 6-8 for my Mothers Celebration of Life in Eldon on 6-5. Once we sorted out Adult vs Kid sleeping arrangements we ended up with just 1 person on an Air Mattress and the remainder of the house at our disposal. The Beds were comfortable, the Kitchen was functional and the extended refrigerated food storage in the Garage was fantastic. The AC ran Ice Cold when needed and the house allowed for multiple areas for folks to gather, converse and play games. The Arcade and the pool kept the little entertained the entire stay while the Pontoon and Jet Skis kept the adults submerged in fun activities as well. Anthony addressed the few needs we had in rapid time and the stay was flawless.
