Location!!! North end of Anna Maria Island . Steps to the Bean Point Beach and everything you need for your perfect Anna Maria Vacation. Our resort like property consists of four units surrounding a free style heated pool. Rent one unit or all. Perfect for a group of extended family and friends who want their own place but still be right together as a group. Heated inground pool, steps to the Bean Point Beach. Parking is right at the front of the property and is limited to two cars. The unit features a private patio area and outdoor shower. Gas grill available by the poo area. This unit has a king , 2 twin beds. Wifi internet, TV's in all rooms.

Low traffic area makes it safe to use the bicycles to get around. Easily travel across the island on the free trolley, which runs every 20 mins and has many stops around the island. There are many places who offer bikes and golf carts for rent in the island . There are many restaurants, small shops and Publix supermarket all with in 10 min max driving and reachable by bikes and golf carts.

Fantastic place to stay at the north end of Anna Maria. Pool was nice for a couple of kids, and plenty of towels and beach toys. Appreciated access to a washed/dryer, and decent kitchen things for cooking dinner. The lay out was spacious for a family of 4.

Very Short distance to the beach. Shops restaurants!

We loved the place . It was nice Very clean and neat. And the mattress was so comfortable. it was Beautiful place. The manger Rosa was so nice and sweet and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Marvelous stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Rasa's place. The location was incredible; just a short walk to the pristine beach! The house was cleaned and updated with very comfortable beds. We loved using the back patio/pool. The available bikes were such a treat, as AMI is a very bike able area.Would highly recommend!

Perfect location!

We loved staying here! The house had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and bikes! We were able to easily get around to nearby restaurants without a car and loved the 5 minute walk to the beach.

A Wonderful Stay

Had a wonderful, restful and enjoyable stay. The accommodations are excellent, location is great. Rasa is a fantastic and gracious host - shared helpful information, responded quickly to a couple questions. Can't wait to get back.

Great place and host!

Our stay over the Memorial weekend was awesome! Nice place and location, with a short walk through the neighborhood to the beach. Pool was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Perfect getaway! The property was a short walk to the beach and the kids loved the pool. The outdoor space was great and the property had everything we needed. We will most definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

Rasa provided terrific communication and we loved the accommodations and pool. The beach, including Bean Point, and Pine Ave. were only a quick bike ride away. This was the cleanest rental we have stayed in at Anna Maria Island. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay on Anna Maria

Condo was perfect for us (2 adults 2 kids 10 & 7). Place was clean and very close to Bean Point beach (~5min walk). Rasa is a great host, answered all our questions timely, and accomidated some date changes we needed. Would stay again!

Anna Maria Island near Bean Point

We loved the location just a few blocks away from Bean Point beach. The property was very comfortable and relaxing for our group of three. We also enjoyed the charming private deck area and heated pool. The house was gorgeous when all lit up in the evenings!

Excellent location, great host!

The location was really great! For a holiday weekend, it didn't feel overly crowded like it does when we've stayed more south. Our host was amazing! Excellent communication and very helpful! The condo was very cozy and clean! Highly recommend!

Great Stay At the Northern End of Anna Maria Island

The accommodations were lovely and a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed beach time and playing with our family whose location was only one block away. The restaurants including Hurricane Hanks, The Waterfront, and The Porch for dinner and Mademoiselle's, North Shore Cafe, and Ginny and Jane E's for breakfast were all fantastic. We also very much enjoyed the sunset cruise cruise. Captain Dave knew right where to find sand dollars and starfish, birds and dolphins. In fact dolphins swam in the wake of our boat. We had a fabulous five days!!

Great Location!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Within walking distance of the beach and the bay. This was a nice place, lots of privacy, comfortable etc. Would have liked to have had a few extra bath towels and toilet paper. Rasa was a lovely host and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back again!

Relaxing and quaint

We loved our trip to Anna Maria Island. We stayed in the Skimmer unit and it was clean, comfortable and cute. The washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrellas and pool were an added bonus. The walk to the beach was a short delight. Bean Point beach is not crowded and it was simply beautiful. We loved eating at The Sandbar for dinner with a sunset. We hope to return one day.

Lovely rental!

My daughter and I enjoyed this house. We stayed in the lower level. Loved having a large patio out the back with pool access. A porch in front to relax and enjoy the gardens. Bean Beach is a short walk. Shopping and dining close by. We will rent again next year!

Great few days in Anna Maria

The listing seemed pretty accurate. It was a nice quiet stay just north of town, with an easy walk to the beach that took about 5 minutes. The place was great for our family of four, and the host was responsive. It was cooler temps when we were there but the pool was nice and warm which the kids took advantage of. There were folks staying in the upstairs unit but we barely noticed so it felt like we had the place to ourselves.

We hope to come back!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was perfect and included all of the beach amenities needed for a great day out in the sand. Location is secluded and nice. Raja was incredibly helpful with activity suggestions as we prepared to make the most out of our time on AMI with our two toddlers. The pool and deck area were also great for swimming and hanging out. Everything was very clean and the laundry facilities were also new and very nice! We will be back!

Highly Recommended

We have been to the island several times but our first stay here. The location was perfect. Quiet, easy stroll to the beach or bike to Pine Ave. The condo itself was very clean and private. Lots of outdoor space. Rasa was great to answer all of our questions and also helped with some specific requests. We will be back for sure!!
