Great three bedroom upstairs half of duplex with two full baths. Easy, short walk to quiet beach! Kitchen fully updated and well stocked. Open floor plan with lots of space for 6 guests. Each duplex unit has it's own outdoor shower and two parking spots. Beautiful deck with grill and seating for your family. Close to restaurants and other activities. Renters supply their own sheets, towels, and beach equipment.

I loved everything about the house it was charming, great location, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The only thing that I would change about it is to have sheets and towels available and air-conditioning in the rooms

Very enjoyable stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean (something I always look for). It had plenty of space for our family - we spent a lot of time inside because of rain and never felt cramped. The unit was quiet; we did not hear the people in the unit below. The kitchen is very well equipped and nicely renovated. Overall the place was great and I would stay here again.

Beach Haven Vacation

Knowing very little about LBI, the choice of this property was a shot in the dark. Having said that, we couldn't have been more thrilled with the location and the property. It fit our needs perfectly. Close to the action, but quiet enough to make us all happy. We loved the proximity of the beach and loved that beach passes were included. We loved our stay and were loathe to leave!

Perfect in every way!

My two friends and I stayed at this oceanside duplex for 2 nights mid-May and absolutely loved it. The property & upstairs unit were immaculate. We were comfortable in every way and loved the upper deck for lounging. As described on VRBO, the beautiful, clean, & quiet beach is a very easy and short walk away. The kitchen is updated and included everything we needed for our stay. The owners responded promptly & courteously to all inquiries. Debby went above & beyond to help us enjoy our stay. We hope to visit again soon!

Great place — nice location!

We felt right at home in this three-bedroom beach house. It had everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. The place is in great shape, furnished comfortably, and nicely decorated. The house is a block away from the beach, no need to cross the main road. It's an an easy walk to the Jersey Girl Grille and a cute little municipal park with great sunset views over the bay; a reasonable walk or very short drive to Skipper Dipper and the Acme; and not far to downtown restaurants and attractions. Mini golf equidistant in both directions! It's close enough to destinations for convenience, but far enough for calm and quiet.

Excellent house, well appointed and comfortable

My family rents a house for vacations about 2-3 times per year. It isn’t often that a house is so well put together as this. The owners have thought of every detail. There is an upstairs unit and downstairs unit and the parking spaces, garbage storage, outdoor showers are labeled with good signage. There’s a coffee grinder (we accidentally bought whole bean coffee) and every kitchen gadget imaginable. Many of the appliances are new. It was super clean and easy to keep that way. This is an old school LBI 3 bedroom duplex which worked very nicely for our family of 5. It could have fit many more. The owner was very nice and responsive and we’ll definitely rent this again.

Comfortable and easy stay!

This was not our first time renting on LBI - we choose carefully each year so that we can be a quick walk to the beach, quick drive to the grocery store, and a quick bike ride to Fantasy Island area (for our teenagers). This house really was exactly as advertised... it was clean and comfortable, and the location is pretty awesome! The deck is great and is gated which is so helpful because we brought our dog. The bedrooms are small but lovely. Flooring is new and easy to clean. Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. Outdoor shower is spacious and in good shape. The only things that would make it better would be sheets and towels on-site (rather than having to bring) and perhaps an umbrella for the table on the deck - we found ourselves wanting to be out there after the beach (around 5pm), but it was still too hot and sunny. Since there are no A/C units in the 2 twin bedrooms, you just have to be strategic about when to leave the doors open in order to cool them down. Our teenagers like to keep the doors closed, but they got pretty warm if they were closed off too long. Both rooms have ceiling fans though and it was totally manageable. I had quite a few questions leading up to our stay and Debby always answered so quickly and did not make me feel like a bother. Overall, really great house and location... We had a wonderful week on LBI and were sad to leave!

Just what we needed for weekend

We want to come back!Location: easy walk to beach, or to Jersey Girl Grille to eat, or Black Sheep studio to workout. Short 5min drive to other Beach Haven classics like Uncles Will’s, Schooner’s Wharf, etc. The space: beautifully renovated in white & gray & blue. Lots of light from windows. We loved spending time on the deck during our April visit, or in the living room with the deck doors open for the breeze. It was an older home, so the hallway to the bedrooms is still narrow. The wood-look laminate floor is easy to clean, but dog nails will make clicking sound at night, so consider packing a sound machine.Size: We fit 2 adults in the queen bedroom, 2 adults in the first twin bedroom, and 2 toddlers in the final twin bedroom. No problems. Our half of the driveway for the upstairs unit fit our group’s 2 cars just fine. Amenities: We so appreciated that owners left us laundry and dish washer detergent. The sinks had hand soap already; pack your own shampoo etc, though. The owners also had a few sandcastle buckets under the outdoor stairs. We brought our own beach wagon for the kids. Microwave, oven, stovetop, freezer, fridge, washing machine, and dryer all worked perfectly for us; we didn’t use the AC wall units, so I can’t comment on those. Shower had good water pressure.Regarding linens, the owner kindly clarified for me: Beds have thin comforters but no blankets. Living room has no throw blankets/afghans. Kitchen has no hand towels. So pack those!

AWESOME VACATION!!!!!

We can't thank Debby and her family enough for sharing their "HOME" with us. I emphasize that word because we felt like we were at their home and not just a house. It is completely stocked so there is no need to bring anything....I brought the kitchen sink :( but left it in my truck once we seen what was in the house. The house is very modern and clean and only a short walk to the beach. If you are looking to stay at the Jersey Shore then don't pass this house up......actually on second thought we would like to book again next year so LOL well you get it.

Great house, owners very responsive. Perfect for our family- short walk to beach loved the twin bed rooms for the kids. Quiet. Kitchen well stocked. Only negative was there was sand all over the floors and I had to empty the dishwasher from previous renters so not as clean as I wanted. But for the price I would definitely rent again. Loved our stay.

Short Walk to the Beach + Very Convenient Location

Our girls beach weekend couldn’t have been better! The place is conveniently located for both walking (to the beach of course) and driving places (only a ~5 min drive to the Acme and a Wawa which was very nice). It was very clean, has an amazing deck perfect for barbecues, and comfortably slept all 5 of us. Debby was very accommodating for an early check in and was very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here!
