Main Living Space: Spacious, open floor plan with large windows. Includes a living room seating area with a 70” Smart TV.

Kitchen: fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, Keurig coffee maker (single serve and carafe), toaster, serving accessories, and more.

Outdoor Space: Deck with seating. Back yard and driveway.

Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom, large closet.

Guest Bedrooms: 1 King and 1 Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps.

We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance.

Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our doorbell camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.

We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.

Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage.

Other Things to Note:
- A security deposit is required as part of your reservation. This will be processed as a temporary hold on the credit card on file, rather than a charge. The hold will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

- No smoking

- PETS - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Must be at least 22 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces

- We require an additional deposit for guests hosting their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.

- This listing is for 6 guests. Two extra guests up to 8 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)
