This complex is perfectly located in sunny South Kihei and has all its high-end restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. Don't worry, though -- you'll still be far enough away to relax and experience the tranquility of the island's vast beauty. You are also just a few steps away from the world-renowned trio of beaches: Kamaole Beaches I, II, and III, famous for their white sand & crystal-clear water, making it easy for you and yours to enjoy all the swimming and beach-based activities you desire.

This spacious 1-bedroom condo comes fully furnished and includes a gorgeous kitchen stocked with all the utensils and brand-new, upgraded appliances. There is a Queen-size bed in the bedroom, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room, perfect for any accompanying children or friends on your travels.

The beautifully tiled, large lanai (porch) features a chaise longue and multiple chairs to drink in your panoramic view of the ocean, the mountains, and the mighty Haleakala volcano in the distance. Additionally, you'll find an assortment of linens and beach supplies (towels, a cooler bag, 2 beach chairs) stored on your lanai as well.

Our unit is very quiet and comfortable, and it has both air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. Other amenities onsite include free high-speed internet, a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and a full-size washer and dryer.

As if all that wasn't enough, the Kihei Ali´i Kai resort offers a dry sauna, full-sized gas grills, a Pickle Ball court, and a pool/Jacuzzi combo! The resort has free parking and elevators, but please note this condo requires two sets of 6 stairs to enter.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Kahului Airport, it's about a 20-minute drive. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

***Please note that after you take the elevator to your unit, there are a few steps on the stairs that you will need to navigate to reach your accommodation. This unit is not ADA-accessible.***

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well.
