BEDROOMS (3)
Master bedroom boasts a king bed, sliding glass door to lanai, 43” flat screened TV, walk in closet with closet organization system, and private ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
Guest Bedroom 1 contains a queen bed, 43” TV, large closet for storage and direct access to guest bathroom.
Guest Bedroom 2 contains a twin daybed with pullout 2nd twin trundle along with closet for additional storage.

KITCHEN/LIVING AREA
The kitchen is fully stocked with quality equipment for all your food and beverage needs. The open living area is bright and airy with a sliding door wall opening to the covered and uncovered lanai. There are modern technologies of Amazon Alexa for light controls, music, forecast and information. (Alexa may be disconnected at the preference of the guest). The living area has a breakfast bar/dining room table along with 3 couches and coffee tables. Two 55” flat screen TVs in the living room and covered lanai allow for smooth transition between the indoors and outdoors.

OUTDOOR SPACE
On the sun-filled south facing lanai, you will find breathtaking views of the tropical gardens surrounding the home. There is plenty of living space from a high top table, lounge chair, couches and dining table. There's a place for everyone to spread out and enjoy the sunshine or shade. The community pool has plenty of lounge chairs and restrooms on site. The 2 car garage provides additional storage for your personal items (sorry, no garage parking available).

EXTRAS

TURNKEY Property: Wing South is a little slice of heaven here on earth! You can certainly tell that the owners have recently and meticulously renovated the property! It's white, bright, clean, quiet, and completely furnished and outfitted for a long-term stay! Grocery Stores: Grocery stores are also fantastic! Publix is close by and you have to go to Seed to Table it is an experience (live music and cocktails while shopping) that you'll never forget! Excellent selection of fresh beef and seafood to make your vacation complete! Cooking: Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill and covered Lanai with big screen TV to watch while your grilling your local fresh favorites for dinner! Beaches: Less than a 15-minute drive are 3 pristine beaches: Lowdermilk Beach, Naples Beach and Marco Island Beach (my favorite)! Pool: The pool was immaculate, clean and accessible! My sons’ and their friend swam there every day! Overall: This was our second visit and we will be coming back again! We highly recommend Wing South to you, your family, and your friends! Don2

Short stay in a little piece of Heaven

I didn't want for anything. Everything that a person needs to be on vacation with all of the comforts of home. You are never bored. Lots to do. A lot is provided for you. I'd recommend it to someone who likes to have it all, without it breaking your bank.

Close to everything!

Our family had the pleasure of staying at Wings North and found it close to everything we wanted to do; the Naples beaches, old Naples, Marco Island and many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The house is nicely laid out so everyone has space and privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely go back to Wings North the next time we are in Naples!

This rental is fully furnished for you to enjoy whether you’re cooking at home or planning to be beach bums for the day! The space was very clean and comfortable spaces to hang/relax. The location is in a nice and quiet area with easy access to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again.

Wish it was a longer stay!

We only had a couple nights to stay here, but I did really enjoy those nights. The communication with the hosts Dana and Nate were great, they were super responsive to everything from check in to leaving, helped with little things, to the closest gas station and even recommended a great close gym that offered day passes for me to use while I was there. The home was easy to find, and very clean when we arrived. They even had my favorite Kcups for the keurig. Kitchen had everything we needed for cookware, although we didn’t really cook anything while there. You’ll definitely want a car rental if wanting to get out and explore (or there’s always Uber and Lyft), only 20minutes to beaches, we went to Marco island one day, and spent another day at Naples pier. Beautiful beaches, tiger tail beach on Marco island is great for shelling, shells everywhere, and Naples is just the soft sugar sand. Hosts had everything we needed to go to the beach, chairs, an umbrella, a couple coolers, and a beach wagon (thank goodness, because tiger tail beach is a hike) they had some toys as well I believe I saw, football and such. We didn’t have the kids so I forgot to note everything. We also used the pool in the community one evening, no one there but us. She had a pool float which was great, pool was clean and looked for the most part unused. I walked the area each morning, it’s a nice peaceful neighborhood. Neighbors I ran into were very friendly. Thank you Dana for all your help and we had a wonderful stay!! Next time we’re in Naples we will definitely stay here again!

This is the one

This was our 5th experience renting a vacation home and this home was just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. We were visiting friends in the area and we all felt like we were at home. The house was exceptionally clean and had all the bells and whistles!!! The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed cooking together. The staff responded to our questions immediately, we were well taken care of. Would stay here again for sure!!

Fantastic place to experience Naples

What a great place. It is stocked with everything you would need for a short or long stay. They even had all the Beach gear available to to use. There is a pool that can be used anytime and you are 20 minuets away from Downtown and the beaches. We have found our go to spot for when we come back to Naples!

Property: If you're looking for a little slice of paradise you've found it in Wing South! You can certainly tell that the owners have recently and meticulously renovated the property! It's white, bright, clean, quiet, and complete! Pool: The pool was also immaculate and clean! My son and his friend swam there every day! Cooking: Only ate out one night because of the fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill and covered lenai with big screen TV to watch my MN Wild Hockey team play while grilling dinner! Grocery Stores: And grocery stores are also fantastic! Publix is close by and you have to go to Seed to Table: https://www.oakesfarms.com/services/retail-stores/seed-to-table-market/ it is an experience (live music and cocktails while shopping) that you'll never forget! Beaches: Less than a 15-minute drive are 3 pristine beaches: Loudermilk Beach, Naples Beach and Marco Island Beach (my favorite)! Restaurants: The Skillet for breakfast when heading back to the Ft. Myers airport was scrumptious! Overall: I could definitely go on about this property and vacation experience but at the end of the day, we will be coming back again soon! Immaculate villa in great location.

Another wonderful visit at this clean, spacious and tastefully decorated Villa. The pool is gorgeous and the lanai is a quiet tropical retreat. Everything you can think of is provided from beach equipment, cocktail glasses, bikes, grill. The bed is heavenly and pillows are comfortable. Dana, the owner, is very responsive and easy to work with. I will be back again and highly recommend this home for couples and families.

Beautiful home in perfect location. Loved everything about this stay.

Clean and modern home. Easy check in and use of smart technology. Very comfortable bed and furniture! I spent alot of time on the lanai and at the pool. Everything you want is there for kitchen, grill, outdoors. The beach wagon worked great. Perfect location, near Naples beaches and Marco. Dana was very helpful and easy to work with. The Villa lives like a single family home with one shared wall (unlike most of the condos with people above or below). It is private, spacious, open and modern. It also has Smart Technology, from Smart TVs, Alexa with light controls, smart app entry, fast Wi-Fi and cable and many more thoughtful amenities to make your stay extra special. It is ideally located between downtown Naples, the Naples beaches and Marco Island.
