Beautiful 3500 ft.² golf course home Four bedroom 3 1/2 bath two car garage heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi outdoor kitchen two driveways 1 mile from the country Club movie room completely remodeled within the last two years I have my account set up for 5 people max any visitors or any extra guest whether they stay the night or not would be an extra $25 per person up to 8 people but has to be pre approved by me. Before arrival.we also offer pontoon boat rides of lake Conroe .half day and full day.we can take you to many different restaurants of your choice to have lunch on the lake

Great stay

We were moving and had needed a temporary in between for thanksgiving week and worked perfectly . We enjoyed our stay and great location. Host is available when needed and attentive!

Conroe Texas stay

This place was better than we expected. The pool was nice and the hot tub to relax in. The host was great and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

A great, quiet getaway in Texas!

Chuck's place was the perfect spot for a relaxing, quiet, family getaway. The house is wonderful, but the pool is even better! The location is a relatively short drive from the IAH airport, located in a mature neighborhood, and convenient to any amenity you might need. The internet connection was exactly what was needed for getting work done and staying connected (~400/30 Cable), and the smart TVs allowed catching up on our favorite series when we weren't busy exploring the area or playing in the pool. Overall this is a great place with very friendly owners!

Peaceful Family Vacation

Finding the property was very easy and the neighborhood was beautiful. The check in process was simple and once we arrived, there were no issues getting into the home. The home itself is beautiful and spacious. The pictures do not do this place justice. Charles was very easy to get in touch with and answered questions within a few minutes. The rooms are huge and beds are super comfy. We enjoyed the outdoor area. The pool is beautiful and at night the backyard area is serene. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Good place if you are looking for a ppol

This is a good place if you are looking to just hang out and want a pool. We were a little disappointed in the overall property. The property needs a lot of updating and I have expressed all my concerns with the owner. It was good for the price and I had 4 grandchildren that I was able to keep occupied in a pool. If the water feature on the pool had been working the water may have been a little more refreshing and cooler. If you are not used to blistering Texas heat, you may want to rent this property at another time of the year.

Confusing rules, scam?

We overbooked, honest mistake as we misinterpreted the rules. Host kicked us out immediately in spite of us agreeing to and willingness to abide by the rules. We even offered to pay extra, but the host absolutely refused. I honestly think that he purposely worded the rules this way and does this to people on a regular basis. Scam?

Great house for girls’ weekend!

Plenty of room, great back yard, attentive host who even came over to explain hot tub/pool and shower! Comfortable house that we hated leaving!! Will definitely try to reserve this house again in the future!!

Spacious, with great pool

We enjoyed our stay! Our 6 & 3 year olds loooved the pool!! The backyard area is relaxing both day & night! Property owner was quickly available if we needed anything! Lots of space and had everything we needed readily available !!

Just OK

The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The home was in a nice quiet and private community. The house could have been a bit cleaner and alot of the furniture seemed quite old and mismatched. The outdoor lounging area definitely needs sprucing up. Lastly, we were uncomfortable that the host was very careless with the door entry code and its very obvious the code isn't changed after each guest.

Awesome House

Charles was great, the process was easy. I had tried to book hotel rooms for corporate guests could not get the required number of rooms in the same hotel for both nights. This house was large and perfect for Corporate Guests to stay in. Everything was five stars.

My stay was awesome. It was in a nice area quite and peacefull.

The stay was more then I expected. They had more then enough room for my friends and I. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub(at no extra costs ). Chuck called me to make sure everything thing was okay plus gave me a walk threw. They even had a pool table room. Just glad I had the chance to experience it.I’ll be back soon

Relaxing experience

Was a relaxing property, having offering everything from a pool/ hot tub, to a game room to find entertainment. House was very well kept, with a massive master bedroom, and plenty of space all around. Located on the edge of Conroe, with a golf course at the development. Have zero complaints, and would strongly suggest anyone looking for a get away, to consider staying here.
