Le encantará la gran vista del golfo y disfrutar de la acción en Playa Bonita desde su percha encima de la multitud, donde los pelícanos vuelan por. Muchas mañanas se pueden ver delfines nadar en busca de peces.

Se trata de Bonita Beach una de las playas más bellas de los EE.UU.. Usted está en el corazón de la vida en la playa y la acción. Si te gusta grandes vistas del golfo, largos paseos en una playa de arena blanca y grandes puestas de sol de Florida, como ningún otro, entonces este es tu lugar especial. Dos piscinas y un montón de pistas de tenis en el hotel.

Desde su cubierta de detección en la sexta planta, se puede ver Nápoles a la izquierda, lleno golfo y Sanibel Island a la derecha. Agua, agua por todas partes y de la playa, playa de todo el mundo.

A medida que el sol sale, se puede caminar por la playa por millas, unirse a los locales y encontrar grandes conchas o simplemente disfrutar de la arena. Nos gusta tener el desayuno en la playa de casa de playa de Doc. La vida es buena.

Absolutely beautiful gulf view from balcony & side window. Condo is precious with cute furnishings. Easy entry & exit. Stayed before the snow bird rush.. enjoyed solitude reading a book, drinking coffee & wine on the balcony. Beach & water was perfect, enjoyed the pool one afternoon. There are still multiple projects after the hurricane on the grounds & surrounding areas, but did not interfere with my much needed break. Thank you for allowing me to stay.

Issues with rental

It was difficult to get a hold of property owner. There were issues connecting wifi, getting cable tv working, and our 2nd night there, the water stopped working, she had no way of fixing issue until following Morning. When contacted about providing a discount, she never responded. There is also a lot of construction in the building which she failed to mention. Feels Unsafe.

Better than advertised!

The views were much better than shown in the photos on VRBO, the kitchen was fully stocked, and it’s directly across the street from Doc’s. I loved the location and host leaving all the extras for our use. Thank you Pam!

Good location but did not mention building construction.

Good location but did not mention in the listing about building construction and I had to do four hours of work meetings on zoom from my rental car because of the noise.

View is amazing

Didn’t have all the info at check in but got a hold of owner and we got the info we needed. WiFi info didn’t work but we got by without it. View is spectacular. AC is noisy but that seems to be the norm. Bed was firm but comfy. Overall it’s right across the street from the beach. Enclosed lanai was perfect setting.

Fantastic stay!!

I highly recommend this place. Pam was quick to reply with a few questions we had snd the place was so clean! The view was beautiful and you could walk to restaurants snd beach. Will definitely stay here again

Beautiful view

Very well equipped condo with a great lanai and view of the beach. The traffic is busy and noisy but didn’t bother us to much. It’s worth it to walk across the street to the beach and restaurants.

Great place and great host

Had a very pleasant weekend. The place is beautiful, location extremely convenient, the host was very attentive and answered a phone call and messages. Just had a little hick up once I arrived (9pm) and the instruction to check in was not enough. I called Pam and everything got resolved imediatelly.

Nice Gulf View from 8th floor

Directly across the street from a very nice beach. The view from the unit is awesome, and there's a beachfront bar/restaurant right across the street from the building. There's also a breakfast and lunch cafe on the ground floor of the building. The unit is fine for 1-3 people, but too small for 4+ adults. Nicely equipped with all I needed. Needs more updating (somehow been done), but everything works. Check-in/out was easy. I would return.

Great, relaxing stay

Bonita Beach is beautiful, condo is in a great location, quick, easy walk across the street and your feet are in the sand. The condo has everything you could need, kitchen is well equipped, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, everything we needed. I was a little unsure of staying in a studio, but it was just the two of us and perfect size. Condo is a little dated, but very clean and comfortable, well stocked and there are no words to describe the view! We didn't use any of the complex amenities so I can't speak to those, but they looked great. About 15-20 minutes away are endless resteraunts and shopping, should you decide to leave the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location with access to beautiful beaches and quality diverse restaurants

Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach, Lovers Beach, and Deleanor Wiggins all within minutes provided excellent relaxing experiences. Plenty of great local restataunts plus an exorbitant amount of options if you drive 10 to 15 minutes. Not one bad dining experience all week! Why 4 stars and not 5? Crazy wind week made Fishing, snorkeling and water sports disappointing.

Great area, great view and very nice condo

We enjoyed the condo - the view was great and the unit had everything we needed and more including all beach supplies. The condo building itself is well maintained with pool and a cafe and tennis courts within walking distance. With Pam's help, we extended our stay for an extra day. Try it, you'll like it and we plan to go back.

Simply amazing month in paradise

We just returned from a month in paradise! This condo has, without a doubt, the most spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The pictures on the VRBO listing are for real! There is literally no need to leave the screen enclosed balcony. We enjoyed the sunset each night from the comfort of the balcony. Even better, you can retire at the end of the day and leave the sliding doors open because the bugs can't get in! Oh, the bed? I haven't slept that good in months. I thought it was extremely comfortable. The condo was equipped with everything a cook could possibly want and the owner's closed was packed with just about every item you could want to take to the beach {even a giant beach umbrella which we did not use as we brought our own}. We had one minor issue which was corrected in a very prompt manner. The owner was very easy to contact and was helpful and professional. We cannot wait to return. Pam, THANK YOU so much for sharing your piece of heaven with us!!!

A nice stay

My kids and I enjoyed our stay there. If you don't mind the furniture and the decor being quite dated, it's a very comfortable stay. I liked it that the place had all the amenities and necessities available. The best part was the view from the balcony, especially to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. I do wish that we were informed about the construction ahead of time to better prepare us around the noises and the inconvenience of walking a distance from our parking space with what was already in limited number of parking spaces available. I also wished that we were informed of the need to register our car and to check in with the management that is located at a different building upon arrival. It was not until half way through our stay that the staff on ground told us of the need to do so. The pool was also under construction so we did not get to use it. I would think that with increased communication from the owner about the heads up and without the construction noise, dust, and the roped off areas to navigate around, it offers so much potential.

I fell in love with Bonita Beach 45 years ago when I was a kid vacationing with my family. We bought this condo in 1982 and we have loved everyday we have spent here. We have made many updates to the condo over the years and the Beach and Tennis Club property continues to be a beautiful, well cared for development.

We strive to keep the condo it great shape and ready for our next guest to come relax and enjoy. New bedding, linens and towels are updated each year, new recliner just added in January 2021, new mattress in 2019, 50 High-Definition Flat-Screen TV. We use and enjoy this condo and we want you to do the same. This is not your ordinary rental and our love of this place will shine through.
Why This Property? Because we have the BEST view!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our building sits closest to the ocean and with our direct facing gulf view there are no other buildings that look into our private deck. Nice for privacy.
