Welcome to our beautiful condo with luxury in mind. We are located on the 9th Floor of Bldg. 5 at Beach and Tennis Club. The perfect beach getaway awaits you in our 1-bedroom studio condo. Offering Northwest views of both Fish trap Bay and Bonita Beach. Catch the beautiful colored skies from a Southwest Florida sunset right from the balcony or watch the dolphins play in the bay.

A quick minutes' walk across the street to Bonita Beach! Docs Beach House Restaurant and Coconut Jacks are both within walking distance as well for a casual quick bite to eat.

Our studio condo has a 3/4 wall divider between our bedroom and living room area to maximize the privacy and storage space of our unit. Our fully updated condo offers great detail to our space to provide a relaxing beach vacation for you to enjoy. We are just steps away from the beach and local popular restaurants.

Amenities such as shared pools and our private balcony are all open and available for use to relax & unwind while listening to the soothing sounds of waves.

Our unit comes with everything you need for a stress-free vacation including our unique in-unit stackable washer and dryer. Come and soak up the sun and enjoy everything Florida has to offer!

Fully equipped including a fully stocked kitchen, private balcony and complimentary Wi-Fi for those that need to stay connected. We have the essentials needed for the condo and for the beach. Our bathroom has a walk-in shower with luxury in mind. Beach essentials such as beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach towels and a small cooler are provided. Enjoy our private balcony to watch the sunsets.

This unit comes with a starter set of toiletries and paper products for your convenience to help you settle into your relaxing getaway. Please note that these items are not replenished once depleted.

Guests will have self-check in. You will be provided with a code for entry in your booking site inbox prior to your arrival. Guests will have access to the shores of Bonita Beach that are just steps away from our unit.

Pay-per use by credit/debit card only Laundry Facilities are located in Building 1, 3 and 5. This unit is in Building 5. We also have a Private stackable washer and dryer available for us in our unit.

There will be some shared spaces such as pool, elevators, etc.

Free On-Site Parking: The manager’s office will provide a parking pass free of charge. You will need to get your pass upon arrival during business hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, located in Building 4 on the ground floor. If you arrive after hours, please write down your phone number and the unit you are renting, leave it on the dash until you can visit the office during open hours.

There is Pickle Ball and Corn Hole available. Gas BBQ Grills are also available for use. These are all shared areas.

This unit has a King Bed and a Queen pull-out sofa. All linens are provided.
