Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club, Townhome#58 is an incredible 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Townhome that Knutson & Associates is extremely proud to be representing.

This absolutely stunning townhome is immaculate, remodeled and a Guest Favorite! Upon walking in on the main floor you'll notice beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Beautifully furnished, the floor plan is excellent.
There is a full bathroom downstairs that has a Walk In Shower.

The Living Room is tastefully decorated, comfortable high end furniture, a dining area, and a wonderful lanai that features an Ocean View! Enjoy Cable TV, Phone Service, and Wifi High Speed Internet Access

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large, remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.

One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

Very impressed with the care taken to keep everything so nice. The view of the ocean breathtaking! We spent many hours enjoying the beach! Be aware of the sea earchin, they are very beautiful but could hurt you, but the water is so crystal clear you have no problem seeing them. We were able to see so many beautiful fish and even got to watch some whales one evening! I would highly recommend a stay here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I was very happy with the experience. The place is well-maintained modern and clean. The location is about 10 minutes outside of KONA and really close to everything. There is a comfortable living room; two good size bedrooms and comfortable beds and a fully working kitchen. The check in process was easy and overall the price was reasonable and fair for what was offered. There were two MINOR issues: a. There are beach items which of course is a luxury but they are old and poorly organized and kept and so I'm not that useful. B. In general the Kunstman staff were very responsive and thoughtful – however I was disappointed that when I was checking out I was asked to not leave a negative review or anything critical online and I think that is unfair pressure to the client and unfair on other travelers. Other than that my experience is excellent notwithstanding my note - I recommend the Kunstman team and the property and club and would love to stay again.

Excellent location

The community of townhomes here is quite, friendly, and abundant in things to do. Four days and three nights was not enough time to enjoy the things that are so close. Very clean and comfortable.

Great stay at this beautiful property

My wife and I travelled to the big island for 9 nights with our 16 year old son. The grounds are beautiful with great sunset views and facilities like the pool. Townhouse was a great layout and had nice comfortable beds, the AC was a real bonus. Close proximity to one of the best snorkeling beaches at Kahalu’u Beach Park was amazing!! We would stay here again.

An added benefit was having a beach on the property that was a short walk from our townhouse. When we were in Kona the surf was very high and our beach was the calmest of all the beaches we explored. We made use of the grills on the property every night and used one that was very close to our unit. Being able to see a piece of the ocean from our lanai was nice and we enjoyed all the beautiful flowers around our place and around the property. Highly recommend this townhouse for anyone visiting Kona.

Great location but townhouse had some issues

The location and club grounds were great, it was quiet and close to the ocean, pool was nice. And the managing agency worked hard to address any issues we had. But the townhouse left some things to be desired. It smelled like smoke, we discovered black mold in the one of the kitchen cabinets, and the water filter was covered in mold.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartment smells like an ashtray. Rental company did not want to acknowledge a cigarette smell saying it's subjective, however they offered an air fresheners that we declined. We demanded refund or a new apartment to stay for the same price. Their response was that independently of the option we will be charged fro an extra cleaning fee.Company owner called me and was very pushy saying his whole team is trying to help me. While in reality they just literally rubbered us for extra cleaning fee for their fault not disclosing that apartment smells badly.At the end we ended up with a loss and renting airbnb in the same complex.

Wonderful stay at KKSRC over Xmas!

The property was impeccably clean, very comfortable and well located to go all around the Kona coast. We cooked most of our meals in its very well equipped kitchen and took advantage to its proximity to Kahalu’u park (10 min walking) where the snorkel is absolutely fantastic! The townhouse is also in a very quiet spot, so we all slept very well after days spent in the sun!

Great tennis!

We enjoyed the lighted tennis courts, which were in great condition. The pool was well maintained. There’s a picnic table located on the rocky shoreline, and a path to a beach next to the resort- with a rocky shoreline. Short walk to a great snorkeling beach and close to Magic Sands with its huge waves. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Kona- but only a 15-20 minute drive to the shops and dining there. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed (minus dishwasher detergent or laundry soap). Also included snorkeling gear, fins, body boards, and noodles for the pool! Overall, great experience!
