Not a great ocean view, but you can partially see it. Property is clean, stocked with all the necessary items for the beach and basics provided in the kitchen. Had some issues getting in, pool was closed, people parking in the designated spot, and toaster didn’t work, but resolved in a timely manner. Would stay here again in another unit on a higher floor for the view.

Nice quiet location

THis is a very nice location. It is comfortable and the surroundings are beautiful. The grounds are well kept and the management people are gracious and helpful.

Kona - Big Island

Great location close to Capt. Cook bay, manta night dives, and not too far from Kona. Quiet area and the patio made for nice relaxing.

Great location.

Clean property, close to everything, loaded with beach towels and supplies. Pool rules are pretty strict for kiddos. "No horseplay of any kind".

Spacious and quiet

This unit was laid out nicely and was in a nice quiet location. They were plenty of towels-both bath & beach-and plenty of hangers in the closets. The bathrooms were spacious and the open plan of the layout was very nice.

nice location

Overall this is a nice condo in a nice location. I would recommend having the "spare" bedroom made up into a king bed and use it as the main bedroom b/c it offers more privacy than the actual main bedroom. The main bedroom faces directly onto the lanai and the condo walkway so with no AC and leaving doors/blinds open for cross breezes means anyone walking by can look into the bedroom. Also would highly recommend adding hooks in bathrooms/bedrooms/entry way for hanging swim suits, wet beach towels, and jackets. Other than the main bedroom walk in closet and bathroom towel rack there is no place to hang anything to dry.

Kona get away

They place was very spacious and clean. Loved all the fans in every room, we prefer that over air conditioning anyway. We got there way late and the combination on door that we were given did not work even after multiile tries. We had to call and they had to refer that call to an on call person and it turned out that the combo was changed eelated to a power issue and message didnt get passed along. We would like to recommend better light in hall by the door we couldnt see numbers it was so dark had to use phone light. It was a great place overall.

Fake reviews

Property was nothing like represented.poorly maintained. Some furniture coming apart and I had fix. Unit was not clean and lots of repair and maintenance required. There is a new review in listing by someone who claims he stayed there for 5 days in March which cannot be the truth as I was there for the full month. We were told that we would have the cleaning charge removed because of the condition the unit was in when we arrived and still waiting for the credit. We believe that 10 out of 10 are fake

Aloha David. Thank you for your valuable feedback. We have noted some of the issues reported during your stay and have addressed them in order to improve upon the guest experience. The unit was recently deep cleaned and the broken wheel on the patio furniture was repaired. We appreciate you taking time to let us know. We have issued you a refund for the cleaning fee but it can take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. The review mentioned is not fake. We received a 10/10 review from the guest that check in right after your departure. He checked in on the 31st of March so the stay reflects for the month of March, even though he check out April 5th. Our local management team offered to relocate you to another unit or refund your reservation when you expressed concerns which we are always happy to do if a unit does not meet a guests expectations. Seeing as you chose to stay the entire month, we truly hope you were able to enjoy the amazing amenities this unit does have to offer. Mahalo once again for choosing Casago Kona LLC.
