This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a downstairs kitchenette, two washers, two dryers, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Ten TVs, sound bar, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include three king, three queen, one double, and one twin-sized bed, plus one twin-over-twin bunk bed set, one twin with trundle, and one queen-sized sofa bed. Four bedrooms are located downstairs and do not have closets or windows. Outdoor amenities include a private 20-by-10-foot swimming pool (4.25-foot deep), pool furniture, kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, covered porch, enclosed shower with hot and cold water, and private floating dock. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
