Pool Paradise is a newly renovated 8 bedroom/6 bath house with a huge pool deck in the middle of the Garden City Peninsula. Bring your boat, RV, campers or any other toys! There's room for everything! The house, which sleeps 20, has recently been renovated with no expense spared! Everything from the bathrooms to the pool and backyard has been redone! The 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms makes this house perfect for large groups or multiple families that like to have their own separate spaces.

Pool Paradise is second row on S. Waccamaw dr. The beach access is about a 45 second walk across the street

The first floor of the house is street level so if you can't do many steps, Pool Paradise is the perfect place for your vacation! You'll never need to walk up any steps if you stay on the first floor level and you'll still be able to access the yard and pool as well.

Room layout:
Ground floor has 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and 1 double twin bedroom. One of the king bedrooms and the queen bedroom have their own private en suite bathrooms. One of the king bedrooms and the double twin bedroom share the hallway bathroom.

The second floor has 3 king bedrooms and a double twin bedroom. 2 of the king bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms and one king shares the hallway bathroom with the double twin bedroom.

There's a sleeper sofa in each living room. There's one living room on the ground floor and another on the second floor.

There are 2 kitchens, one on each floor.

*There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for heating the pool. Outside temperature must be at least 50 degrees for the pool heater to be turned on.
