Sun filled beach condo located in the exclusive and private Diamond Beach area of Wildwood Crest, New Jersey. This renovated unit is nestled in the beach front building of Seapointe Village, a gated community with resort amenities; 4 pool areas, 4 hot tubs, an indoor gym and sauna, indoor pool, game room, basketball courts, tennis courts, multiple outdoor grill areas, playgrounds, sandy fire pit areas and more. All just steps away from the sand!

Diamond Beach is Jersey shore's best kept secret! It's conveniently located near Wildwood Beach and Morey's fun-filled board walk but is an exclusive and private and pristine beach. On Diamond Beach you have access to luxury beach rentals, beach cafes and the Star restaurant where you can sip cocktails, grab lunch or come in the evenings for bon fire, live music and drinks -- right on the sand!

It is also a quick drive to Cape May and Stone Harbor to expand your exploration and shopping and restaurant experience. And tons of outdoor activities beyond the beach; hiking trails, nature preserves, Cape May zoo, mini golf courses, outdoor sports and more! All nearby, so there is plenty to do.

This is a 2 full bath, 3 bedroom condo with balcony. The third bedroom is a den in the floor plan pictured but is equipped as a bedroom with a full size bed, a door, windows, dresser and mirror. Beautifully designed.

Bath towels and all bed pillows and blankets are provided, you will need to bring your own bed linens and beach towels and gear. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Beautiful Place with lots of amenities

The property was exceptional! Far exceeded our expectations. Home owner was easy to work with and very prompt on communication. Lots of amenities, pools were nice, great hot tub, restaurants on the beach were great (next door and on property) tons of tennis/pickleball courts Would stay again

Great property, lots of amenities! Wish we would have been asked at checkin about vehicle height before going into the parking garage and scraping the hood of the vehicle. I felt that more things could have been shared at checking of Seabridge that wound have made it easier to know where to go and how to move items. The host of this rental couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. I would go back!

Everything about the property was wonderful. Host is very responsive! Not that we even had a single problem that we needed communication. She still reached out to check in. Location to Cape May and zoo was super convenient. Would definitely come back.

Wildwood weekend

I had a great time staying at Tracey's condo. The view was amazing, the space in the condo was great. Bathrooms and kitchen was updated. The Seapointe village pools and access to the beach are so amazing. I would love to stay again next year. Thank you Tracey.

Seapointe the hidden gem

We loved everything about our stay at Seapointe! The condo was super cute and so accommodating. Everything we needed was right at our finger tips. With two small children we found the pool area was a huge success and access to the beach was very easy! There are so many good resturaunts and fun things to do withing a good radius. We cannot wait to come back and stay at Seapointe!!

We all enjoyed the property.

Just needed more life guards and have all the hot tubs open and pools open. We were al ittle early in the season. Very clean easy to get around tons of things to do. Fantastic location not to far from everything. But far enough that you can rest. Just needed pool water a little warmer.

We've been going to Wildwood for our family vacations since my first daughter was born. We purchased this property as our forever vacation home for our growing family. I'm a real estate agent in New Jersey, I also run a nonprofit and I love to cook, clean, do photography, and watch HGTV : )

We have been going to Diamond Beach since my first child was born. We would rent a car and drive from the city every summer. We fell in love with this oasis away from the hustle and bustle. We were thrilled when an opportunity came up to invest in our own place. We gutted this condo and decorated it with love and serenity for our family and yours.

Beach front, resort-like amenities, gated community for lots of care, maintenance and security, chill and respectful vacationers, lots to do in the area! Best kept secret in the Jersey Shore! There are 4 pool areas in the resort to chose from, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, outdoor grill areas, fire pits and more! Please note most of the outdoor pools open May-September, schedules can fluctuate due to Covid-19, the indoor pool area is open year round.
