Two bedroom condo with deck overlooking the ocean. Private beach!

Two bedroom, two full bathroom condo has all the comforts of home, including 50" TV, wi-fi, all appliances. Deck - and master bedroom - overlook the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular sunrises with your coffee in the morning on your private balcony! Location is central to all of Wildwood and Cape May and all that the area has to offer.

Our unit is located on the top floor of Seapointe's Village resort North Beach building. Enjoy ocean views from living room and bedrooms. Master bedroom has own access to balcony.

Seapointe Village is a private gated oceanfront resort which has 4 pools (1 indoor) , 6 hot tubs, kiddie pool, tennis courts, (pickle ball also available) basketball courts, saunas and fitness centers. Fire pits are available for your use each evening, as well as BBQ grills. The premises has 24 hour security. The resort has its own private beach with lifeguards and a snack grill.

Seapointe Village is a five -8 minute car ride to Cape May. The Wildwood boardwalk is one mile away. Enjoy the best of both worlds by being centrally located between the two!

Towels are provided as a courtesy (unit has full size washer and dryer-towels need to be washed and returned to closet prior to departure). Linens (sheets) are not provided.

This unit is NON SMOKING and NO PETS allowed.

Great sunrise view in the morning. Beach was beautiful, unit and the surrounding complex is immaculate. Only thing I'd change is the need to bring my own linens, and the policy of having to wash, dry and store towels before leaving. A bit much while trying to pack and get out.

Excellent view, deck much bigger than looks in the pictures. A beautiful place nicely decorated, spacious rooms and well equip kitchen. Owners could not be nicer and more helpful with check in process documented and immediately responsive to a small issue we had with TV. Thank you !!

Gorgeous View

Absolutely stunning ocean view and location. Manicured gardens and walkways draped with water features are an absolute joy for evening walks. Beach front pool and multiple other pools are a dream for any child and enjoyable for adults. So much more take advantage. The condo is so convenient with underground parking. Great first impression when you arrive. A few things would make this stay better. Provide basics, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, and paper towels. Seems a little much.The mattress in the single bed should be replaced. Lastly it would be good to receive an email with the checkin and facility information at least a month prior to arrival. We were searching for confirmation. Overall this place will exceed your expectations. Enjoy!

We found this place very tastefully decorated and furnished, with ocean view and convenient location and recommended it for a Cape May getaway. Comfortable beds and seating I very much recommend it!

Fall Wknd at Diamond Beach

Our family of 5 enjoyed a beach perfect fall wknd thanks to a fam’tastic accommodations with all the trimmings - gorgeous ocean view from large living room and master bedroom deck, indoor/outdoor pools and jacuzzi, outdoor fire pit, underground parking with elevator access to 7th floor 2 bdrm/2 bath unit. Friendly owners and easy check-in/check-out. All around A+ experience.

Even Better than the Pictures

The Lizzos' rental is even better than the pictures indicate. Views of the beach could be seen from just about every room in the condo. And the balcony off the living room and master bedroom was perfect in the morning for sunrises and perfectly shaded in the evening after a full day of sun. The furnishings in the unit were fresh and beachy and the unit was exceptionally clean and well cared-for. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need and we did a fair amount of cooking. We were slightly concerned about the trek to the 6th floor multiple times a day, but the elevator was always quick and dependable. As an added convenience, the owners have a locker on the beach for chairs, etc. which saved a lot of time and energy dragging beach equipment to and from the beach every day. The grounds of Seapointe are spectacular from the landscaping and flowers to the grills, activities, and pools. It very much lives up to the resort feel and does not disappoint in any way.

Perfect beach location

We love this location at Seapointe Village Diamond Beach. Easy beach access, a beautiful resort with a variety of pools and spas. Nearby dining and entertainment but not as crowded as Wildwood. Only downfall is we had to come home.

Wonderful property - great vacation!

The condo was very clean, had everything we needed for our stay. We brought our own linens, paper products, dish soap, hand soaps. This condo is on the 7 floor, beautiful view from the balcony. Easy access to the elevators from the Garage Level beneath the building. The hosts were very easy to coordinate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and Cozy!

This property is perfect for a short or long stay! The unit was clean and very well maintained. After a long day at the beach you could sit out on the balcony and just relax! The amenities are great and it’s in a perfect location on Diamond Beach. It’s also a short drive to Cape May which is a nice bonus! We are looking forward to another stay in the future!

Good view, resort and location

Private beach access. Minutes from Cape May and short walk/drive to good local restaurants. Felt safe and comfortable. Great indoor pool for children on inclement weather day, playground etc. Great timely communication with owner. Only confusing thing of the trip was accessing the unit from the garage. We overlooked the building entry and the access code only works for the specific building; the check-in process could highlight the garage access better due to the multiple buildings.

Recently retired, my husband and I fell in love with this property. We both love the beach and this property offers all the amenities for our family. Once we saw this property, we knew this would be ideal for our family.

Grandkids love the kiddie pool and young adults love the easy ocean access with the 4 pools as option to cool off on hot summer days. Jacuzzis and saunas are wonderful. The ocean views that the unit offers are amazing and beautiful!

One of the very few properties in the area that has all the amenities of a beach resort! Tennis, pickle ball courts, basketball, bocce, 5 pools, sauna, fitness center, library in each building, fire pits, plush, beautiful landscaping. 24 hour security in gated community with a covered garage. Support staff onsite to help with any questions or concerns.
