CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

SunDestin Unit 0702 is a charming one bedroom, one bathroom condo accommodating up to four. With sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, this unit boasts a soothing color palette, comfy decor, and a homey feel. You’ll find plenty of cozy seating in the living room and chairs for four at the dining table. Take a catnap mid-day on the private balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. The fully-stocked kitchen has everything needed to create fabulous meals and entertain, with plenty of counter and cabinet space. Retire at day’s end in the master suite with king-sized bed or in the living room with sofa bed, both equipped with flat-screen televisions.

SunDestin Beach Resort, located in the heart of Destin, is just minutes from a multitude of outdoor activities. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
