The Space:

SunDestin Beach Resort is a high rise condominium sitting directly on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. When you enter the front doors, you’ll be greeted by the Scenic Stays team; they’re always available at the 24 hour front desk. SunDestin offers many amenities including an and outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, and a gift shop in the lobby, plus so much more. Some of the seasonal amenities include outdoor tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee).



SunDestin 907 is a recently renovated one-bedroom condo with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Upon entry, you’ll find the bedroom with a king sized bed and one full and one half bath. The kitchen and living areas are at the back of the condo and overlook the sparkling waters below. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops are among the many upgrades in the space. The dining table has seating for four and the living room has a large TV and DVD player so you can take advantage of the complimentary rentals that come with your stay. Relax and sleep on the queen-sized sofa. Through the sliding glass door is the balcony with seating for two to enjoy morning coffee and listen to the waves crash. This one-bedroom condo sleeps four guests total and has everything you need to enjoy your Destin vacation.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



Located in the heart of Destin, SunDestin Beach Resort offers many great amenities on-site and is close to all the action in the area. Big Kahuna’s Water Park is less than a mile away and so is The Track. Both are great places to enjoy a day off the sand. During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
