Jeffrey, I am almost certain that the front desk attendant said what she said in a Joking manner. Unfortunatley the way the building was built the air conditioner condensor is on the balcony and is show in our 3D tour. In the property description and guest portal we do notify our guest that the Community laundry facility is located in the north side hallway near the elevators. There was mildew in the bathroom from the moisture of the shower which has been takren care of.
