Cute Villa in the heart of Anna Maria!

Palm Court Villas are located in the heart of Anna Maria Village with a short stroll to great local restaurants, shops, fishing piers and the Community Center. Beautiful white sand beaches are just one short block away. You have direct beach access to one of the best beaches on the Island. This section of beach has great shade trees to cool off and relax!

Enjoy the open courtyard with tables and umbrellas. This updated villa has tile floors, a modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances, dishes and utensils, beautiful linens, and comfortable furnishings in the living and dining room. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances: full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, and microwave, plus a charcoal grill for cookouts. For added convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the unit. King bed and Queen bed. Villa A sleeps 4, but combine with Villa B to sleep a party of 8!

This lovely unit also includes a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, insulated cooler, and sand toys, so you'll have everything you need to make the most of your stay!

Not bringing a vehicle? No problem! Anna Maria Island has a FREE Trolley service up and down the Island. The Palm Court Villas are conveniently located to a Trolley stop--it is just up the street at the corner of Magnolia Ave and Gulf Drive.

Wireless internet, expanded cable, and free long-distance calling in the U.S.

Flexible check in days for most of the year--with the exception of holidays. Friday arrivals and departures during Peak Season.

Everything was clean and as pictured. I think it would be helpful to note that shampoo and conditioner, body wash are not included. Also, there were not sand toys for the kids as described in the listing. Overall lovely, I would stay here again. We had a great time!

A little bit of Paradise

Our experience at this VRBO was Wonderful! The accommodations were perfect both for the design and functionality. The kitchen was decked out with everything we needed for meals. The MOST comfy beds, great shower, and it was a big bonus to have access to plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. Everything was of the highest quality. We honestly did not want to leave. I also can't imagine a more perfect location. We were a few blocks from the beach, golf cart rental, coffee, breakfast places, ice cream, wonderful restaurants and a small convenience store. We will definitely book this beautiful place again. Very soon, I hope!

Perfect Anna Maria Getaway.

This spot is the perfect location. Right across the street from Ginny & Jane E's (perfect breakfast spot) and walking distance from all the restaurants you'd want. 1.5 Blocks from the beach was perfect. Far enough for us to sit on the porch and enjoy some quiet and close enough for an easy walk to the beach. Property was perfect for two (to four) people. Super clean. Comfortable beds. the washer and dryer came in handy too. If I had to knock anything is that the shower heads are too low. I'm only 6'1" and had to squat. But that doesn't change the fact that this'll be my spouse & I's go to rental for our yearly getaway.

Loved it!

We loved our stay! Just one block from the beach, super quick and easy walk. We loved having access to the beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart to lug our stuff back and forth. There are a few good restaurants just across the street to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner. The trolley came pretty frequently. We hopped on it a few times to ride down to the southern part of the island to other restaurants. We also had no problems catching an uber home if we didn’t want to mess with the trolley. The water at the beach was beautiful! We would definitely stay again!

Great Spot

This location was perfect! Right by the beach, fishing, the best ice cream and donuts on the island. Very clean condo with all the amenities you need to be comfortable.

The spot to be

We did not realize how close Magnolia Avenue was to all of the places we wanted to see or experience. Loved being able to walk mostly everywhere we wanted to be—and sunset swimming was stunning.

I chuckle when new acquaintances seem genuinely surprised when I say I'm a native Floridian. Yes, there are some, and I am, indeed, one. Born in Tampa my family moved to Anna Maria in the early 60s. The landscape has certainly changed since those early years, but in many respects, Anna Maria has retained its small-town feel. It is truly a gem on the Florida West Coast.

I feel very fortunate to split my time between two of the most beautiful places in the country - New York's Hudson Valley and Anna Maria Island. I've tried to make the updated furnishings at Palm Court Villas as comfortable and convenient as if I were staying there year-round. My goal is to make you feel at home as I do. I know you're going to love the unit's close proximity to wonderful tree-shaded beaches and a variety of dining and shopping options.
