Built in 2012 two bedroom two bath sleeps 6 on the intercostal waterway with dock, pool/Jacuzzi Gourmet kitchen with a French Villa Cuisine. The home has a vanishing wall to let the outside in. Upgraded Tempur-pedic beds with Spa tubs in each bath. Located only two blocks from the beach and restaurants with several recreational equipment on site like paddle boards, fishing rods, bikes and other water sports.

Best experience

This property was amazing. Lot's of stuff to do, and everything was in walking distance. The pool was great, fishing off the docks was fun. Definitely will be staying again.

Everything You Need

This place is everything we wanted. It’s close to the beach, has a pool/hot tub, and a deck to fish off. We caught crabs and plenty of fish. Also enjoyed watching the dolphins come by daily. Great place.

Enjoyed our Spring Break

Jeff was an excellent host. He was very responsive to any questions and very helpful with suggestions related to restaurants, etc. The house was equipped with everything we needed...beach supplies, bikes, paddleboards, kitchen supplies, etc. The beach is a very short walk from the house and there are plenty of restaurants and activities within a short walk or drive.

Luxury Waterfront Stay

We have done VRBOs for years and this was by far the best stay! Property is fully stocked with all the comforts of home and more! Kayaks, paddle board, fishing gear, beach chairs/umbrellas. Plenty of linens including beach and pool towels. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking needs. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, walking to the beach, proximity to tourists attractions. Jeff was a responsive host and this place was truly a gem! We drove in during a storm and can’t tell you how happy we were to arrive and have a welcoming atmosphere!

Amazing vacation at Gem on the Sea

Had an amazing vacation with my family at the property! It had everything we could have asked for as far as furnishings and amenities! We had planned on spending more time out seeing some of the sites around the area, but spent most of our time at the property relaxing in the pool/spa, fishing, kayaking, dolphin watching. This place has it all! The host was prompt and responsive with suggestions about things to see and do around the area, and any questions that I had about the home. Thank you Jeff, for sharing your amazing home with us and making our vacation unforgettable! Hope to return soon!! Tom H.

Perfect!

Words will not sufficiently describe our stay at this magnificent home. The house was beautiful and equipped with everything you could possible need. It was spotless, exquisitely decorated and a great location. We walked to the beach, restaurants and rode the bicycles (available at the house) all over Treasure Island. The pool and hot tub were added bonuses which we took full advantage of. This home is perfect for a couple or to share with another couple or a family. Our host was incredibly helpful and very responsive. Hopefully, we will return one day!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

A wonderful place to call home for a week! Jeffery the host is excellent and was very responsive when needed and great at sending us recommendations for restaurants and other things to do in the area. My husband and daughter absolutely loved staying here with all the comforts of a home on the water and with its amazing sun rise views in the mornings! The home has everything you need for your home away from home experience and we could have easily stayed another week for sure. We especially loved that the home was well stocked with kitchen essentials for gourmet cooking, a grill with charcoal was supplied, and pantry cabinets were not bare compared to most other home rentals. Just your basics like sugar, coffee, tea, and maple syrup and other non perishable items were available as needed. Also, Jeffery has everything you could need for going to the beach (beach chairs, umbrella, large ice chest, lots of beach towels, etc.) and he has nice laundry machines to use if needed. There was also games for kids, paddle boards, and a kayak in addition my husband (an avid angler) loved that the host had fishing gear available to use for fishing on the home's private dock. The water features of the amazing pool in addition to having a nice hot tub make the overall experience that much more enjoyable and made our stay very comfortable. I definitely recommend this place as it's definitely true to its name, a gem on the sea for sure!! We really look forward to being repeat guests and coming back in the winter months for sure!

Best Vacation Ever!!

This home is the total package! We stayed in for a few days of our trip because we had everything we needed. Spa was the icing on the cake. Def wishing we could have stayed another week.

Wonderful Location

This house was perfect for our family of 4. The pool had so many amazing features, fountains, waterfall, lighting. We enjoyed the kayak and paddle board. Very close to the beach and good restaurants. Jeffrey was so helpful with everything. Anytime we had a question, he responded right away. Highly recommend!

Gem by the sea

This house was amazing, It had everything you needed plus more. All you need to bring is your clothes. It is close to everything treasure island has to offer. Very helpful and friendly owners. We felt like Rockstar staying here. This is definitely a one of kind , will definitely stay here again. Loved every minute of it. Thank you so much for sharing it with us.

Fantastic relaxing experience

The home is small but very well designed. Everything we could ask for — including water features in the spa/pool that created a fantastic ‘beachy’ experience. Owner was incredibly responsive and very helpful — providing everything from instructions on the tech-enabled home to great recommendations for dining. We’ll definitely return to this property.

relaxing getaway

Beautiful house located right on the edge of the water. Jeff was very friendly and was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. The home was just as described. We look forward to renting this property again next time we are in the área.
