Only good things to say about this condo and the area. Easy check in. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Easy beach access. Many great food options a short walk away. I would def stay here again.

We spent 7 nights in Treasure Island. The condo was everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, it was a short distance to the beach. The beach ws never too crowded and neither was the pool. We were very happy with our stay. We'll definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Views!

Beautiful condo, well appointed with all the necessities. The space was super clean and well furnished. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean and the short walk to beach and the views from the balcony were unbeatable! I will say the beds were too firm for our liking and it would have been a plus to have additional hanging space in the bathrooms for wet towels and bathing suits.

Wonderful

This is a great location! The beach was not crowded and it was beautiful! Close to grocery store and restaurants. The condo was well equipped with good kitchen equipment, they also had beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. We didn’t have to use them because we brought our own. They also have rentals on site that can be set up for you. The only things to be aware of are the lack of parking, slow elevator, only having showers in the bathroom and an additional 40 a day resort fee. We had our son, daughter in love and their 4 month old join us, therefore we had two vehicles. We had one spot that was marked. The other vehicle had to be parked across the street and even then we had to move it a couple of times when the office called us. There were only a few visitor parking spots and we were told to “hug the building” (across the street at their other location). The next morning we were told to move it again, that was a little frustrating. THaving a little one and no bathtub could be a challenge. Fortunately, they brought their baby tub, but keep that in mind if you are traveling with littles. The elevator was slow, that’s nothing the owner can change, but something to note. Also didn’t remember seeing that there would be another fee after checking in. I could be wrong, but I don’t remember reading that in the post.Overall, it was a great trip! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful ocean view

This was a nice, clean unit with wonderful sunset views from our balcony. Beach chairs were provided, which came in very handy. Walking distance to a Publix grocery and food establishments. It was not overly crowded on the beach (June visit), which was a plus.

Everything is what you hoped it would be & more. Cleanliness & all of the appliances & furniture are new. The host has thought of everything. All of the amenities that you need are there. Good view of the ocean & pool area. I can’t give it a better review. Thanks

Perfect!

First off, we had to do some moving around because of the hurricanes and our host worked with us and got us moved to a date that worked out for both of us. Everything you need and more. From when you wake up in the morning and have a perfect view of the ocean. You get to watch the perfect sunset right off your balcony. This is our second stay and we will be returning.

Great location

The location was great. Nice decor in the unit. Only had a few issues, light bulbs were out in a few light fixtures. and a child could've stuck a finger in it to get shocked. (I do not have children) Also, the chest of drawers is not attached to the wall. My elderly mother was trapped as it fell on her when drawers were open, (anyone who shops at IKEA knows to attach chests to the wall) The landlord waited until the day before check-in to say the pool and hot tub didn't get fixed because of the hurricane. I was advised when making the reservation that it would be ready before my stay. A broken sofa was on the landing the whole stay by the slow elevator. I understand they are still working on improvements after the hurricane but it would've been nice to have better communication. The front desk clerk was very nice. Location and Decor was nice as well.

Convenient location

This unit got the job done and was in a convenient location. Was exactly what we expected when booking. The only complaint is the resort fee. I think it was $40 a day. I found that crazy as I did not feel like we were at a resort. It was a small complex with one pool that wasn’t even working.

Best place for renewing your soul after a few months of being displace from our home, the Condo was wonderful. The elevator was out because of Helene and Milton but that didn’t deter us. The sunsets this week were amazing and the shelling was great too. I have recommended this place to several of my friends and we would come back as well. ThanksMolly for all your hard work. It is sad for all the people who lost everything in the storm but it will come back even better.

Lovely condo and great beach

Wonderfully equipped condo! The Tommy Bahama chairs are awesome! One of them has a broken clasp, but we found a bungee to use to keep the chair clipped together. The patio chairs are great. The coffee maker kept getting clogged and overflowing. The Spectrum TV was hard to use. A smart TV would be a great addition.

The location and view were perfect! The beach was beautiful! Tons of shells and sand dollars! Close to restaurants and John’s Pass. Molly was very responsive to any questions we had. The unit could’ve been cleaner, the sofa’s cushions were completely shot and flat but we didn’t spend much time inside so it didn’t bother us. The only parking spot that we were permitted to use was PARALLEL in between 2 giant columns with our mid size SUV was an enormous pain! We don’t actually understand why there was a $40 a day resort fee, the beach chairs aren’t even included in that. I do recommend this condo but beware of the extra money and the parking situation.

Great location and excellent condo

The condo was well equipped and very clean. The beach was quiet and was the least busy in the area. There were several restaurants and stores close by. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was very quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend renting this condo.
