Our stay was great. The after hours check-in process was a bit clunky and the fees for the keys and parking was unexpected. The view was amazing, the accommodations were perfect dor us, and the condo was very well stocked with spices, dishsoap, trash bags, and coffee.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The space was very clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully set up, which made traveling with two young kids so much easier. The view is beautiful, and the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We really loved how accessible everything was.There was an initial concern we first arrived, but the host was very responsive, understanding, and quick to help us find a solution, which we really appreciated.Overall, we had a great experience and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

This unit has it all!

We have stayed at The Tides several times. This unit was our favorite. They have everything you need while you’re away from home. Definitely hope this unit is available on our next visit.

A/C is main bedroom would not cool the room down. Ran all week not stop and only went down to 74 degrees (we set it to 70). The host has maintenance review and only offered to adjust vent direction. 2nd bathroom backed up after use and we were told we could not flush toilet paper due to age of the pipes. Both the AC and toilet conditions should be addressed.The dining room table also did not match the one in the listing photo. Photos on the listing need to be updated.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay, and I appreciate you taking the time to let us know. Regarding the AC in the main bedroom, I understand how frustrating it must have been for the temperature not to reach the setting you selected. We recently completed a full maintenance and fine‑tuning of the system, and it is now functioning properly, but I’m sorry it wasn’t performing as expected during your stay. For the second bathroom, I also apologize for the inconvenience with the backup and the guidance about flushing. While the building does have older plumbing, this situation should not have impacted your experience. The issue has since been resolved, and everything is working properly. Thank you as well for pointing out the dining table photo. We recently updated some furnishings with more modern and comfortable pieces, and it appears the listing images need to be refreshed. We’ll be updating the photos so they accurately reflect the current setup. Your comfort and experience are very important to us, and your feedback helps us continue improving.

Met every expectation!

Thank you for a great hosting. The location was excellent, host support and communication were also excellent. I would definitely stay here again. FYI there are some fees for parking and security key fobs to access building charged by the Tides property at check-in that you will encounter, but they are refundable deposits.

This was a great property. The property manager was very responsive to some minor needs, helping in a timely manner. My one suggestion would be that it was not previously reported there would be a 90.00 charge for fobs to enter and exit the facility. Also, the wrist bands issued are understandable , however other places we’ve stayed the bands could be removed. All in all, a very well appointed rental, with all you need provided for a pleasant stay.

Right on the beach; Place needs a little attention

The best part of this property is its location. Right on the beach with a view of the ocean from the 15th floor balcony. From there it goes downhill: - Coffee maker did not work - Some of the electrical outlets (one for the TV) did not work - Blender only had the base (no pitcher) - Not much to do (restaurants/bars) within walking distance - One used sponge in kitchen; no dish cloths - No shampoo/body wash

STAY AWAY - master bath shower is useless and has zero water pressure. DO NOT RENT THIS ONE!! Master bedroom (beach view room) has FAILING A/C. We were forced to all sleep together in the other room, despite having paid for a 2 bed/2bath unit. We notified Host in writing on day 1 and instead of fixing the issues he asked us to cancel and find another place. TERRIBLE HOST. And then strung us along the entire week, we finally had to give up and we went back home early.

Condo Process

The condo itself was very nice. It was clean and had needed supplies. The property manager was easy to reach when I had questions (I had a lot because nothing was described to us). There were a lot of undisclosed fees. We had to pay $75 to park for the week and another $20 for a parking pass (deposit that we got back), plus laundry fees ($1.85 for each cycle, so $3.70 to wash and dry one load). There were no instructions on how to register; which was an awful process. We had to go to the building next to this one, and list everyone who would be in the condo with us, then we had to wear plastic wristbands all week. There were SO many rules for the building, like no luggage on the elevator (had to use service elevator; which was out the majority of our stay). No beach bags or floatation devices in the elevators, no grocery carts, etc. Only 5 people max on the elevator, etc. Some condo instructions would be beneficial. Like, where to empty the trash, where the laundry is located, what needs to be done before we leave the condo, etc. If you are looking for a condo directly on the beach, the facility was clean and people were friendly. It was just a lot more restrictions than we are used to in a rental. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Wonderful stay

This property had everything we needed for our one week stay. The unit is in a great location being at the end of the building. The easy access to the pool and beach were both perfect for our young kids.

Wonderful stay at beachfront condo

My husband and I stayed the month of February. The condo was beautiful and the view from the master bedroom was spectacular! The condo was even better in person than the pictures. Would definitely stay again.
