5 star hotel living! Amazing Beach front apartment will be your home away from home. There are two very comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms. XLarge living room and outside terrace are great for relaxing. The apartment has 3 tv's w/all premium channels available. There is also a fully equipped kitchen if you would like to do some cooking. You Can enjoy all of the building's amenities, Olympic size heated pool, gym and private entrance to the beach, Now with FREE beach service included in your stay . Free parking space for you as well!

Beautiful Apartment not dog friendly

Beautifully renovated apartment. Looked just like the pictures. The building itself is dated…the halls were musty. Upon arrival with my dog I was told I would have to use a freight elevator in the back by the dumpsters. No grass no area for the dog. This should not be advertised as a dog friendly property. I was told by security that I have to carry a 70lb dog through the lobby. Then the freight elevator broke and my dog is a senior. I was not happy at all about that portion. The pool is very small…beach chairs and umbrellas not even open on 4th of July which is what we paid for. Obstructing view on the balcony. The bathrooms and interior was exactly as described and many nice amenities but stepping outside of the unit was yuck. Overall just ok

Modern and Great Location, But a Few Things to Know

The property itself was great! It had a very modern feel, was clean, and the free parking was a huge plus. The location was also perfect for exploring the area. Before booking make sure to: Confrim the tv works and has cable, not just that it powers on. The building is not under construction, drilling starts at 7am and goes until 5pm. The pool is open for swimming not just viewing. The balcony is no longer under construction, has floor tiles and has furniture that is right side up. Overall, the place has a lot of potential. However, knowing these details beforehand would have definitely been helpful.

Ongoing construction not communicated

Two days before arrival I began messaging our host; I finally got a response as we were waiting to board our plane! I had inquired about the status of the balcony due to an earlier post and got no response. We arrived to find the floor of the balcony tore up and the pool closed for construction. We said we could live with the balcony & Eli provided a fob to the pool next door (which was overcrowded with no chairs available.) Still we thought we could make this work. Then two days in, workers on aerial platforms appeared & sealed off the balcony with protective plastic, securing it shut. The view and balcony access were gone! Later that morning the sandblasting and jackhammering noise began which lasted the remainder of our stay. The noise level made watching tv, napping or talking nearly impossible. We sent a recording to Eli. On our last morning there was fire alarm testing and workers coming into the apt unannounced to move furniture off the balcony for more work to be done. While Elie seemed sympathetic to all of this, none of the above was communicated ahead of time. Bldg mgmt shared that owners are aware of the work; the pool had been under construction for 6 months & the balcony work started in October with an end date 2 years out. This should be in the listing and communicated ahead of arrival. Eli provided a 19% refund to date, but I don't believe this is enough for the lack of communication, the inconvenience and the disappointment we experienced.

Beautiful condo

The condo was updated and beautiful. Unfortunately, when we arrived the balcony was under construction and boarded up. This was the main reason we picked this condo, so we did not stay. Eli was not aware the construction was not finished, and was very understanding and refunded our stay. If coming back to this area, we would book this condo again

Very nice

Very nice apartment. Clean and comfortable. Looks like it was recently remodeled with a nice modern look. Eli made sure that we had everything we needed and went out of his way to make us feel at home. Location was perfect and close to our conference. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Boardwalk is less than a mile and walkable. We could see the beach from the balcony and enjoyed relaxing out there. Everything was very thoughtfully and tastefully done.

Great vacation spot!

We very much enjoyed staying here. The property manager was extremely responsive with any questions and was thorough with checking in and out. It was a good location with Ubers and Circuits readily available to get us to the Broadwalk. The pool is nice and right on the beach. We would stay again in the future.

Nice condo

Condo is nicely updated/clean/comfortable, although the building outside and hallways are a bit dated. Secure and easy parking situation. Nice view of ocean from the balcony, but convention center being next door not ideal. Good location/nice part of town, convenient to multiple good restaurants and groceries. Good base of operation to visit Miami, as it's just 40-60 min drive, depending on traffic.

Sunshine!!

Building was clean and conviently located. Plenty of seating around the pool, but the chairs and umbrella at the beach are also very convient!! Condo has all the basic needed supplies. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. The provided beach towels are a great addition, so you don't need to stuff your own in your luggage. We used the valet parking - very nice to have your car waiting when you get downstairs, but there is also the option of self parking. Laid back vacation with plenty of sunshine and relaxation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The keycode entry provides easy access without having to worry about keys and the Smart TV made it fun to stay in when we didn't feel like heading out. Any little issue we encountered was quickly addressed by the property owner. Highly recommend!

Great find

My 86 yr old mother, sister in law and myself just spent one week at this property . Owner was extremely responsive with communications and solving some minute issues that arose . Also welcomed suggestions for improvements in the unit . As one previous review mentioned , blocking the small clear glass partition between the two bedrooms would be a great improvement. Pool and access to beach were wonderful . We will be back .

14th Floor Condo - Week stay in January

Family of five stayed at the property for a week in January and we were not disappointed. Condition of the property and the unit were very nice. Property was in a nice location a bit more than a mile from the Boardwalk. The pool was great, and the beach with the umbrella and chair service was even better. Unit came with underground parking which was very convenient. Elevators were fast, and even the service elevator was good to bring bags to the room. Property owner was very responsive on any questions. If I had any negative comment it would be the glass window on the top of the wall between the two bedrooms would have a shade or covering as it is a bit annoying having a flickering light from the other room watch TV, and also the remotes for the bedroom light/ceiling fans easily can activate both bedrooms. Would recommend to others and would stay again in the future.

Clean, Good Beach Access

My family of 4 stayed at this property for 4 nights. The condo was clean, updated with all the essentials of home. The owner was a delight and super accommodating! He appears to be hands on and genuinely cares for his guests and the property. The pool area was nice with ample seating where you could sit, see the beach and enjoy the breeze for free. There is also paid beach service. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. I do have to point out the age of the building and the feeling of being transported back to the 1970's both by the lobby, elevators and drab hallway. If it weren't for that I really would have given 5 stars. Everything with the condo itself was a delight except maybe the bedding which was a little overly utilized but super clean.

Formula 1 Race Weekend

We used this apartment as our base for the first ever Formula 1 Miami GP. Great location about 30 minutes from Hardrock Stadium and great beach area with plenty of food options near by. Overall the apartment is great and just two things keep it from being a 5 star in my book. First, the facility around the apartment is very tired. Hallway, pool area, entry, all need significant updating. First impression was not good but the apartment itself is newly renovated, so all good there. Second, parking is a bit of a pain constantly crossing the highway and you can not valet with the parking pass provided.

EXPERIENCE

Owner met us at the unit. He told us that we had to use the freight elevator since we had a puppy. We disclosed when we made the reservation that we had a puppy. Owner was not upfront with us; Also, the building hallway was very dated; Unit ceiling air vent cover by the entrance door was very dirty. It was not cleaned for many years; Bed sheets were poor quality; Oven was dirty; Not enough towels; We would not stay there ever again; Very poor experience. WE WOULD LIKE A CREDIT OR A PARTIAL REFUND FOR THE THE POOR EXPERIENCE.

Excellent beachfront apt. w/awesome pool

All fives for the owner. We had no issues and he was prompt and helpful with info prior to our arrival. All fives for the beautiful property. It was quiet and clean and perfect location. All fives for the pool. It was never too crowded for a chair and the people staying there were respectful and nice. Loved everything about it. The apartment is nicely appointed with modern furnishings. It appears recently renovated. Note parking is across the street but easy to load and unload either at front or side entrance. Valet is easy and cheap. Uber is good option too. You will not be disappointed here.

Hollywood beach condo

This condo was gorgeous with private access to the beach I literally took an elevator to the lobby and the beach was only steps away. The view of the ocean in the day and sounds of it ocean at night was beautiful and relaxing. The host was super nice and had great dinner recommendations. Also easy to reach for any of our needs. My only suggestion would to have multiple pool access keys, but I believe the guest prior did not return them. Other than that I would definitely recommend staying here with or without children as the property caters to both.
