Welcome to New Smyrna Beach and our cozy rental " Seas the Night." Ground Floor.

Seas the Night is the newly remodeled companion to our vacation rental upstairs, Seas the Day. Here, on the ground floor, you will find a cozy yet airy ambiance at this perfect seaside hideaway for two. There are no busy roads to cross as Seas the Night is ideally located on the ocean side of the avenue. It’s merely a few steps to our sugar sand beach and sea-glass blue ocean waves.

As you enter through the spacious patio doors, you will find a relaxing living area featuring a large flat-screen Smart TV and comfortable seating. The roomy bedroom has a king size bed, large flat-screen Smart TV and convenient computer workspace. We feature lightning-fast internet. There is direct access from the bedroom to a full bath with a spacious walk-in shower. Towels and linens are provided. There are a large-size washer and dryer in the unit as well. The kitchen comes fully equipped with new appliances, and all necessary cookware and dishware that you might need. Don't feel like cooking? New Smyrna Beach has many fine restaurants with indoor and outdoor dining.
Spend quiet mornings and romantic evenings on your private patio. Take sun-drenched walks and moonlit strolls on the beach and feel the tropical breeze wash your cares away. It’s all here waiting for you.
Please note that our parking area will not accommodate oversized vehicles, RVs, boat trailers or box trailers but we can refer you to a local person that rents out parking nearby. Please just ask,

Amazing!

This property is spotless, very close to the beach and best of all, the property manager, Marianne is so thorough. She follows up immediately and checks throughout your stay to ensure you are doing well. This is perfect for a short or long stay.

Cozy unit for two

Property is very clean. King bed was comfortable. AC and fans in the unit. Nice appliances with gas stove. Convenient to beach and NSB attractions. Nice outside shower.

Great stay!

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it. It’s very clean, close to everything and beautiful. Marianne is amazing to work with and has great communication. Highly recommend!

Seas the Night was extraordinary!

This place was perfect for us, just the right size. Rooms were large and every convenience was provided. The climate control was easy to use and efficient. Everything was new. There were night lights throughout. Our hosts could not have been kinder. I would highly recommend.

Great choice for the beach

This is a very nice, clean condo that is well situated to hit the beach, go shopping, dining or head into town. We had no issues and never needed to contact the property owner. The kitchen is well equipped and updated with all the essentials if you want to cook in. The bathroom is spacious with a very nice walk in shower. The walk to the beach is at most just three minutes and upon returning there is a nice outdoor shower with hot water. We highly recommend.

Just perfect

We were in town to visit family for the holidays and couldn’t be happier with this place. Easy walk to the beach, plenty of dishes, towels, cleaning products, etc. Very clean, and the photos do not do it justice. While it is on the bottom level, there is more natural light than you’d expect. Everything was updated and recently renovated. Will absolutely stay here next time we’re in town. Hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible with arrival times.

Absolutely Perfect

Perfect location! A few steps from the beach, a quick bike ride to Flaglar, and it’s a lovely property. Highly recommend and will be our first choice to stay at when we return to NSB.

Pictures do not do justice

We loved this place! The pictures online did not capture the cozy and home-like feeling of the rental space. The privacy was wonderful and the quick access to the beach was so nice. The property owner made us feel so at home. I will rent again.

Weekend Escape

My wife and I chose to stay here for an extended Thursday - Sunday weekend vacation and we loved this little condo so much we hardly ever wanted to leave it. It's on a nice quiet strip in New Smyrna that's all of a two minute walk to the beach and still around plenty of delicious restaurants. We absolutely loved the place, especially all the up to date appliances. We will surely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.

Although we only had a few days to stay in New Smyrna we would have been happy to stay a month.

Relaxing in the sun and sand!

The perfect getaway for couples. This home had plenty of room for my husband & I. Every room was immaculate. The bed was super comfy and there was plenty of dresser and closet space for our clothing. We enjoyed starting each day without having to leave since coffee and breakfast was so easy to make in this great kitchen. It was easy to spend each day at the beach since they provide chairs, towels, umbrellas and a wagon to haul it in. The shower and bathroom are spa like and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer. Marianne was a lovely and very attentive host. Everything was PERFECT!

Great little beach hideaway

We enjoyed our stay, the property was nice and clean. Very well decorated as well! Only complaint is that I was unaware it wasn’t a stand alone place and the upstairs guests were quite loud until 3am. No fault of the owner or the property, just bad guests. Will book again for sure!

Deep Breath

Relax in one of the best locations in NSB. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Newly renovated with everything you need. Patio is the only spot that could use some jazzing up. Will be back

Perfect

Everything about this rental was perfect. It’s exactly as described in the listing. The unit was spotless and beautifully appointed. The owner is very accommodating and pleasant to work with. The location is excellent. A short, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and wagon were included. The kitchen was well stocked and unlike other rentals, the pots, pans and cooking utensils were like new. My husband especially enjoyed the outdoor shower. This is one of my favorite vrbo’s I’ve rented and I’ve rented ALOT. This is a perfect spot for 2. We loved our stay and plan to return in the future. Thank you!

This was a perfect in every way little getaway... Online pics are exact. Impeccably clean and everything brand new. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon for quick walk to beach. My husband and I were celebrating our 20 year anniversary and was so surprised to see a special greeting card with champagane and chocolates. Marianne really thinks of everything to make your booking and vacation experience a pleasant one to remember!!!

A wonderful relaxing week

This property is lovely and well kept up. It was a little further from the beach than we expected, but that was due to a boardwalk being repaired. Marianne was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to our texts.

While our beach is marvelous and nary a weekend goes by when there isn’t a street fair, art or seafood festival, wine tasting, live music or local activity happening on friendly Flagler Avenue, you might be interested in also visiting Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando, Daytona Speedway in Daytona Beach, and the Kennedy Space Center on Merritt Island. Canaveral National Seashore has miles of gorgeous beaches to walk, swim, surf, fish or just relax. Ponce Inlet Lighthouse is a near-by and interesting historical attraction.
