The building is in a nice residential area but is on the edge. The building is older so alot of creaking in the floor boards and the stairs are just old and steep. The yard is nice and the bathroom is acceptable. Kitchen is more then adequate with coffee available and all the utensils required.

I'm in Tampa twice a month on business, which means I stay at many different places all around the city. This one truly exceeded my expectations. Fully equipped kitchen, access to an outdoor grill, location, and decor were all excellent. I was going to book my next stay there later this month, but it had already been taken. No surprise! Very nice place!

Perfect Spot in Tampa

This apartment was perfect for our Tampa stay. It was a convenient location - we could walk to restaurants, Hyde Park, and along Bayshore Blvd. Four people fit comfortably and the apartment was clean, organized and had useful amenities (laundry, toiletries, plush towels). We'd highly recommend this if you're looking for a place to stay in Tampa! The only issue we had was on our last night - there was a group staying in the unit below and when they came home at 1am they were playing music and chatting loudly. The walls are incredibly thin so we could hear everything.

Great stay!

We were in town to visit our daughter at University of Tampa. We love this area, and the Habana Guest House is so nice, clean, convenient and so easy to get to- I highly recommend. The owners are so nice and communicated everything we needed to know. I will definitely stay here again.

The unit is in a great location and walkable to almost everything. It’s on a quiet street, and the balcony off the living room was perfect for morning coffee. Host was great and really responsive. Highly recommend.

A Gem of a Stay in Tampa: Perfectly Located and Exquisitely Equipped

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful rental property in Tampa, Florida while my daughter had freshman orientation at the University and it was nothing short of fantastic. Nestled in a safe and friendly neighborhood near campus, this home’s location was unbeatable, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Just an 8-minute walk from the picturesque Bayshore Drive and centrally located near the University of Tampa, it provided us with easy access to some of the best sights and experiences the city had to offer. From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear that this house was designed with guests’ comfort and needs in mind. It was perfectly equipped, making our decision to stay in or explore the city a tough one each day. Whether we wanted to cook a family meal in the fully stocked kitchen, lounge in the cozy living area, or retreat to any of the comfortable rooms or outdoor areas this home had it all. But what truly set our stay apart was the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness that could be felt throughout the house. High-speed internet and streaming options, tranquil backyard and patio spaces were just a few of the amenities that made our stay exceptionally comfortable. In summary, if you’re looking for a rental in Tampa that combines location, comfort, and all the amenities you could wish for, look no further. This property is a true gem, and our family couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our visit.

Cute place, great location

This little apartment was perfect for our needs. The location was great! Quiet, nice neighborhood. We had a convention at the convention center and it was maybe a 5-7 minute drive. It is super close to Hyde Park area too. Apartment was super clean and comfy. TV has a Roku and I know it has Netflix :) Instructions for entering and leaving were super easy.

Cute bungalow in nice neighborhood

This property was just as pictured. The area is a very cute neighborhood that was pretty central and easy to get around. There is a nice shared backyard which made traveling with furry friends nice and easy. The communication from the hosts was appreciated as well. Highly recommend!

The property is exactly as listed. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe and quiet. I was in town for only 2 days to visit my daughter in college. The only issue was the smell of the apartment. I assume it is probably because pets are allowed. It was not overwhelming but noticeable. If your a pet person you probably wont even notice it. Unfortunately, I had to leave early due to a hurricane that was coming towards Tampa. I contacted the homeowner to ask if he was willing to give me a partial refund due to the fact that I had to leave early because of the hurricane, but I never received a response.

Wonderful stay A++ location

One of the nicest places I have stayed! All the details were thought of remolded and very clean. Stayed there on my way down from Georgia so my check in was at night and the dark therefore a little hard to find under those circumstances but once we went inside, everything was perfect. The water pressure was fantastic in the shower. Usually places like that that have been converted don’t have great water pressure but this was fantastic. The backyard was super cute. I could not find the switch to turn the lights on in the back, but I had a flashlight, so there were no issues. The kitchen was fully stocked coffee maker, everything I needed. This day was absolutely fantastic. The beds were comfortable if I come back to Tampa I will definitely be staying there. Walked to get food in the morning and along the bay in the afternoon
